Due to the far-reaching influence of the concept and practice of exam-oriented education and the imperfect talent selection mechanism, many teaching reforms we have carried out have not yet got rid of the shackles of exam-oriented education. For a long time, the stubborn diseases that plague us, such as single teaching method, students' passive learning and suppressed personality, have not been fundamentally and effectively cured; In teaching practice, there is too much emphasis on giving and receiving learning, rote learning and mechanical training. This is the main problem to be solved in this teaching reform. With these questions, I devoted myself to this curriculum reform. First of all, I changed my educational concept and really set up an educational concept that conforms to the new curriculum and embodies the spirit of quality education. Because I know very well that idea is the soul of action, educational idea plays a guiding and commanding role in teaching, and all advanced teaching reforms are born from new educational ideas. Establishing a new educational concept is the primary task of teaching reform. Without the change of educational concept, teaching reform is impossible; As soon as the concept of education changed, many difficulties were solved. Secondly, the change of teaching methods and learning methods. Advanced educational ideas should be embodied by advanced educational methods, and the transformation of educational ideas itself should also be carried out in the transformation of educational methods. If the concept does not change, there will be no direction and basis for the change of mode; If the way does not change, the change of ideas will lose its home and foothold.
