Secondly, teachers also need to make outstanding achievements in teaching, including being commended or honored at or above the provincial (ministerial) level, having more than 5 years of working experience as a class teacher and counselor, and being awarded the title of excellent class teacher and counselor by the education administrative department at or above the provincial level.
