All freshmen in online education who have been formally employed by Huazhong University of Science and Technology should go through the relevant admission procedures and pay the registration fee at the designated learning center on schedule with the admission notice according to the requirements of the College of Distance and Continuing Education. Those who can't come to school on time for some reason should ask for leave in writing to the learning center where the students are located in advance. Holidays generally cannot last more than two weeks. Those who are absent from class without leave or whose leave is overdue are deemed to have given up their admission qualification and cancelled their registration qualification.

After the new students enter the school, the school will review them according to the enrollment regulations. Those who fail to pass the re-examination will be dealt with by the school as the case may be, until the admission qualification is cancelled. Anyone who practices fraud or engages in malpractices for personal gain will be disqualified immediately once verified.
