3, social protection, the state encourages, supports and guides people's organizations, enterprises and institutions, social organizations and other organizations and individuals to carry out social activities and services conducive to the healthy growth of minors;
4, network protection, the state, society, schools and families should strengthen the publicity and education of minors' network literacy, cultivate and improve minors' network literacy, enhance minors' awareness and ability of scientific, civilized, safe and rational use of the network, and protect minors' legitimate rights and interests in cyberspace;
5, government protection, the functional departments of the people's governments at or above the county level to undertake the specific work of the coordination mechanism for the protection of minors, it should be clear that the relevant internal institutions or specialized personnel, responsible for the protection of minors;
6. Judicial protection: Public security organs, people's procuratorates, people's courts and judicial administrative departments shall perform their duties according to law to protect the legitimate rights and interests of minors.

Social protection creates a social environment conducive to the healthy growth of minors and is an important part of the protection of minors.
Main contents: Social protection includes social and cultural protection, labor protection and the protection of minors' right to education, property rights and personal rights.
Network protection refers to the special protection provided by the state, society, schools and families for the online life of minors. Network protection is conducive to safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of minors in cyberspace and striving to achieve all-round online and offline protection for minors.
Government protection refers to the protection of minors by people's governments at all levels and their relevant departments within their respective responsibilities. The government has the main responsibility in protecting minors.
Judicial protection refers to the state judicial organs in a broad sense (including public security organs, people's procuratorates, people's courts and judicial administrative departments).
The Law on the Protection of Minors has six major protections: family protection, school protection, social protection, network protection, government protection and judicial protection.

Schools should establish a protection system for underage students, improve students' behavior norms, and cultivate good behavior habits of underage students who abide by the law.
Article 42 The whole society should establish a good habit of caring for and caring for minors.
The state encourages, supports and guides people's organizations, enterprises, institutions, social organizations and other organizations and individuals to carry out social activities and services beneficial to the healthy growth of minors.
Article 64 The state, society, schools and families should strengthen the publicity and education of minors' network literacy, cultivate and improve minors' network literacy, enhance minors' awareness and ability of scientific, civilized, safe and rational use of the network, and protect minors' legitimate rights and interests in cyberspace.
Article 81 The functional departments of the people's governments at or above the county level that undertake the specific work of coordinating institutions for the protection of minors shall designate relevant internal organs or specialized personnel to be responsible for the protection of minors.
Township people's governments and sub-district offices shall set up workstations for the protection of minors or designate special personnel to handle minor affairs in a timely manner; Support and guide residents' committees and villagers' committees to set up special posts for the protection of minors.
Article 100 Public security organs, people's procuratorates, people's courts and judicial administrative departments shall perform their duties according to law and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of minors.
