Do lamps need government procurement?
Lamps and lanterns do not need government procurement, but are purchased according to their own needs. Common procurement methods include public bidding, invitation bidding, competitive negotiation, single-source procurement, inquiry and so on. Bidding is widely used because of its advantages of reducing project cost and avoiding black-box operation, but it is not suitable for those procurement tasks that are highly professional or need to be completed in a short time.
