What are the prison rules?
Prison rules refer to the rules that prisoners need to abide by. Such as the following provisions: 1, you must obey the discipline of the guards and the supervision of the armed police on duty. We must honestly explain all our problems and actively report and expose other people's criminal acts. 3, must work and rest on time, abide by the study, life, labor and other systems. 4, must do a good job in personal and environmental hygiene, keep indoor and outdoor clean and tidy. 5. Don't make noise, fight or beat others. 6, are not allowed to collude with each other, an offensive and defensive alliance. 7, are not allowed to spread reactionary, filthy speech and spread the means of committing crimes. 8, are not allowed to damage the prison facilities, daily necessities and production tools. 9. Don't dominate others, rob other people's property and eat other people's food. 10, if you find that others have premeditated or committed crimes such as murder, escape and suicide, you should immediately report to the guards on duty or armed police personnel.

Paragraph 2 of Article 7: Criminals must strictly abide by laws, regulations and prison discipline, obey management, receive education and take part in labor.

Article 58 A prison may give a warning, record a demerit or confine a prisoner in any of the following circumstances that disturb the supervision order:

(1) Gathering people to disturb prisons and normal order;

(2) Insulting or beating the people's police;

(3) bullying other criminals;

(four) theft, gambling, fighting, stirring up trouble;

(5) Having the ability to work, refusing to take part in labor or slacking off, and refusing to change after education;

(six) to avoid labor by self-injury, self-injury, etc.;

(7) Deliberately violating the operating rules or intentionally damaging the production tools in production and labor;

(eight) other acts in violation of the rules and regulations.

According to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the term of imprisonment of criminals is from seven days to fifteen days.

If a criminal commits one of the acts listed in the first paragraph during his sentence, which constitutes a crime, he shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.

Article 6 of the Code of Conduct for Criminals shall strictly observe the following disciplines during serving a sentence:

(a) do not exceed the warning line and the prescribed area, and act without supervision;

(two) do not hide cash, knives and other contraband;

(three) do not contact with outsiders, ask for, borrow, exchange or transfer money;

(four) not to pass letters, cash and other items without permission during the meeting;

(five) are not allowed to use heat preservation, climbing and digging items without authorization;

(6) Do not steal or gamble;

(seven) do not fight, self injury;

(eight) do not gang up to bully others;

(nine) shall not spread criminal means or instigate others to commit crimes;

(ten) do not practice and spread harmful qigong and cults.
