Combine the advanced western educational ideas with the traditional educational methods in China, advocate and practice the scientific and systematic educational ideas, and lead the team to develop youth growth consultant courses, youth camp activities, parent growth courses and teacher training courses relying on "general education".

For more than ten years, she has guided parents to face their children's growth positively, and accompanied and led thousands of children to the road of confident and happy growth through "seamless" education.

As an expert in pedagogy, psychology and sociology at Munich University, Lan Hai has served as an expert consultant for many magazines, institutions and websites such as Growing Online, Sina.com and Parents Magazine of CCTV, and has been interviewed by People and China Education News of CCTV.
