Professional and technical personnel in Guangdong Province must complete the task of continuing education for no less than 12 days or 72 hours each year, including 18 hours for public subjects, 42 hours for professional subjects and 12 hours for elective subjects.

In Beijing, the continuing education certificate is still valid when professional and technical personnel and management personnel flow.

Certificate management

Every professional and technical personnel and management personnel should hold their own "Continuing Education Certificate" and keep it properly. If it is damaged or lost, it should be reissued in time. No unit may replace the certificate of continuing education with other certificates. Enterprises and institutions must strictly perform the registration procedures to ensure the authenticity of the registration content and the seriousness of the registration work.
