As an important subject of vocational education, enterprises are an objective reflection of the cross-border nature of vocational education and the training law of technical and technical talents. Subjectively, the school-running concept of vocational education includes two meanings: "establishing" and "running". As an important school-running subject of vocational education, enterprises are the unity of founding subject, investment subject, management subject, cultivation subject and evaluation subject. At present, as the main body of vocational education, China enterprises are facing some key institutional obstacles, such as imperfect legal system, inaccurate incentive system and unscientific evaluation system. It is suggested to provide institutional guarantee from the aspects of perfecting relevant laws and regulations, perfecting incentive mechanism, reforming management and evaluating organizational supply, so as to promote enterprises to participate in vocational education deeply.
