What should the Education Bureau do after the teacher is given administrative punishment?
Legal subjectivity:

Teachers in any of the following circumstances will be subject to administrative sanctions: deliberately failing to complete the task of education and teaching, causing losses to education and teaching; Corporal punishment of students, who do not change after education; Bad conduct, insulting students, bad influence. If a teacher physically punishes a student and refuses to change after being educated, if the circumstances are serious, or if there is bad behavior and insults the student, if the circumstances are serious, it constitutes a crime and criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

Legal objectivity:

Article 37 of the Teacher Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall be given administrative sanctions or dismissed by the school, other educational institutions or the administrative department of education where the teacher is in any of the following circumstances. (a) deliberately not to complete the task of education and teaching, resulting in losses to education and teaching; (two) corporal punishment of students, the education is invalid; (three) bad conduct, insulting students, bad influence. If a teacher falls under any of the circumstances listed in Items (2) and (3) of the preceding paragraph and the circumstances are serious enough to constitute a crime, he shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
