Conditions for children of urban migrant workers to attend local primary and secondary schools
Children can enjoy nine-year compulsory education on the premise that the school is willing to accept it (through points admission, relationship admission and real estate location). Children of migrant workers attending local primary and secondary schools must meet the following conditions:

Labor contract or business license

At least one parent has a local formal labor contract (verified or filed by the labor and social security department) or a business license.

Working in the local area for more than one year.

Have a residence permit or temporary residence permit

At least one parent holds a Residence Permit or a Temporary Residence Permit issued by the public security department.

Have a stable residence

Have a stable residence in the local area (have your own residence, or go through the formal rental formalities for more than one year).

Provide student status files or copies.

Proof that the original school agrees to borrow books, and the original school student status file or copy. Admission to the first grade of primary school must comply with the above provisions of 1 to 4, and provide proof of household registration and age; Admission to the first grade of junior high school must meet the above provisions of 1 to 4, and at the same time provide the primary school graduation certificate or compulsory education stage certificate. The application for borrowing is not accepted in the next semester of grade three.
