The group is affiliated to Nanhu District Education, Culture and Sports Bureau and is a public institution. Jiaxing Experimental Junior High School was established in September 2004. It is formed by the merger of junior high school of Jiaxing No.3 Middle School and junior high school of Hongbo Middle School. The school covers an area of 33 mu, with a building area of10480m2.
