Wenling "Dawn Lion" youth network cultural home is located in Wenling quality education practice base. The core area was built by the Propaganda Department of Wenling Municipal Committee at the end of 20 18 and completed in June of 20 19, with a construction area of nearly 100 square meters. It consists of three classrooms, which are divided into two functional blocks: the teaching area and the positive energy hall in the interactive area. The base aims to provide the first lesson of off-campus network education for a new generation of "Internet aborigines", improve teenagers' discrimination and self-control over the network, guide teenagers to stay away from "Internet junk", become disseminators and practitioners of safe and civilized Internet access, buckle the "first button" in their life of knowing, learning and using the network, and receive students/kloc-0.5 million times a year.

Dawn lion is the image representative of the base. It is not only the mascot of Wenling, but also the representative of the positive energy of the network. The layout of the base has the image of the lion at dawn from the guide sign at the door, the corridor to the interior, and a series of peripheral products such as luggage tags, thermos cups, blankets, schoolbags and dolls. The positive energy museum in the interactive area mainly focuses on five core contents: transmitting positive energy of the network, understanding the digital economy, rationally developing online socialization, how to identify online rumors, and preventing online games from indulging.
