I. Training methods

In general, the object of enterprise safety training is front-line operators, with low academic qualifications and low comprehensive quality. In the training, we should adopt simple and scientific methods, use multimedia, courseware, charts, figures, cases, reports and other forms, and choose the combination of theory and practice, indoor and field, simulation and operation. Starting from the steps, procedures, specifications and key points of operation, it can make it easier for employees to master knowledge and know-how, and there are rules to follow in specific practical operations.

Second, the training content

Our usual training only lets employees know what to do, how to do it, how to do it correctly, how to do it irregularly, how to do it safely and how to do it unsafe, that is, training that should know how to do it. This is the most basic content of training, which is far from enough.

"It's easy to cut a braid, but difficult to turn over a new leaf." In the training, it is more important to let employees know and understand what dangerous factors, dangerous points and hidden dangers will exist, what harm will be brought to themselves and workers, what losses will be brought to the team (workshop), and what consequences will be brought to the development of enterprises and society. This kind of training can be illustrated by stories and examples, and the events around us should be the best teaching materials. Through such training, employees can completely abandon bad habits from the heart and consciousness and develop a good style.

Third, the training time limit

Education and training is a hard and long process, because everyone has "decay". Over time, we will greatly discount the standard operation in time, content and action, and will repeat the "old problems". Therefore, training should always be unremitting, persistent, step by step, and constantly break through, so as to follow people, anytime, anywhere and everything, fundamentally improve the quality of employees and ensure safety.
