Since 20 12, the Ministry of Education has compiled three compulsory education textbooks: Morality and Rule of Law, Chinese and History. From 20 12 to the first half of 20 17, this work passed the examination and approval of the State Textbook Committee, which lasted for five years and completed all the editing work.
A total of 1 16 experts took the exam, of which professors and special-grade teachers accounted for more than 90%. The Expert Working Committee has held 24 review and consultation meetings, and more than 900 people have participated in the review. Finally, it is submitted to the National Textbook Committee for approval.
History textbooks mainly use the method of combining point, line and surface to arrange teaching content. 3. National unity education. In the modern history of China, textbooks also reflect the indomitable struggle of all ethnic groups in China for national independence and democratic liberation. In the modern history of China, there are also special classes to introduce the common struggle, common development and national unity of all ethnic groups.
4. The education of national sovereignty and maritime awareness is based on historical facts, through the evolution of China's territory in past dynasties, especially in some border areas, such as Tibet, Xinjiang, Taiwan Province Province and its affiliated islands, Diaoyu Island and South China Sea Islands. As an inseparable part of China's territory, its historical origin and development are introduced in detail in the textbook.
5. International understanding education, in the content of world history, especially ancient history, focuses on the diversity of the origin of human civilization, and the development of various regions and major countries is unbalanced to some extent, which fully shows the diversity of culture.
