Long Ming Teenager tells the story that Lei Ming, a gold medal lecturer in a training school, tries to pay off his debts and treat his father. Through the talent introduction program of Long Ming Education Group, he was hired as an English teacher in the experimental class of Banli State in Long Ming Experimental Middle School. Lei Ming's plan is to recruit potential students from the third grade students with the lowest grades, and through one year's guidance, from the poor students to the prestigious schools.

During this process, Lei Ming meets the psychology teacher Sang Xia (played by Huang Yao).
