The role of all-round development of education

Third, all-round development and personality development are dialectical unity. Human development is the development of the whole, but everyone is an independent individual. Due to the differences in genetic quality, hobbies, social activities and life experiences, there are individual differences in its development. Therefore, all-round development means that the educated individual must develop morally, intellectually, physically and aesthetically in an all-round way, which means all-round development of personality; Personality development refers to the special combination of moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic qualities in the educated individuals, which is not unified, that is, the personality of all-round development. They are two aspects of the same process, dialectical unity and organic combination.
