Children have poor habits and poor grades (children are much behind during the epidemic). I feel a lot of pressure and don't know where to start. During the holiday, I started my class planning by studying new education. In the past six months, I have focused on five of the top ten actions: creating elegant classrooms, cultivating excellent eloquence, building ideal classrooms, creating perfect classrooms, and home-school cooperation.

First, create a scholar class.

Everyone knows the importance of reading, because books are a window for us to understand history and the world. In order to create a rich reading atmosphere for children and integrate rich reading resources, I asked children to bring books from home to school by themselves. I number them and register these books. Some parents are worried that these books will be lost. I marked the amount of each book in the registration column. If there is any loss, the whole class will share it equally, so as to avoid parents' worries. Parents support their children to bring books to school for their children. In less than a week, the reading list in our class reached an average of four books per child. I am very happy with my parents' cooperation. I found a child who is in charge of book registration and book borrowing. I am gratified to see the students borrowing books in an orderly manner. I hope they will fall in love with reading under my care and gain something.

Second, cultivate excellent eloquence.

I am a math teacher. I am used to training "little teachers" in class and giving lectures by name at will, which not only improves students' attention, but also increases their language expression ability. New semester, new class, under the arrangement of the school, I have a new plan to cultivate children's eloquence. In each class, a classmate will spend 3 minutes telling his harvest, and the content is unlimited. It can be a mathematician's story, a mathematical culture, or the application of the knowledge learned the day before, which not only consolidates the knowledge learned by children, increases their knowledge, but also exercises their language expression ability.

Third, build an ideal classroom.

The ideal classroom is based on students' development and truly integrates knowledge, ability and attitude. As a math teacher, I let my children look for math materials, find key and difficult knowledge, end a unit, let them draw mind maps in their favorite way, consolidate what they have learned and exercise their logical thinking ability. As a class teacher, I have performed many plays with my Chinese teacher, and the most grand one is the New Year's Eve party! Everything is designed and organized by the children themselves. The potential of children should not be underestimated. There are songs and dances, sketches, musical instruments and street dance performances. In order to stimulate children's interest in learning, my Chinese teacher and I also designed an award ceremony. We carefully designed PPT, children's photos and so on. I solemnly presented the children with the prizes I prepared. Children with good grades return home with a full load, and children with great progress also gain something. Looking at their happy faces, I think children's success must be affirmed by us in time, and their learning motivation is more sufficient. They are happy and happy in this classroom. I hope their primary school memories are full of childlike interest.

Fourth, create a perfect classroom.
