There are six aspects to calculate, namely: 1, basic salary: teachers are determined according to their qualifications: 3,000 yuan for primary school teachers, 3,500 yuan for junior high school teachers, 3,800 yuan for senior high school teachers, 4 100 yuan for junior college teachers and 4,500 yuan for undergraduate teachers; 2. Length of service salary includes length of service: 60 yuan every year, increasing with length of service; 3. Class wages; 4. Performance pay: semester and school year bonus. This part of the bonus only accounts for about 10% of the salary; 5. Premium subsidy; 6. Mountain subsidies.

Special post teachers are a special policy implemented by the central government for rural compulsory education in the central and western regions.
