The Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education of China, referred to as Zhongliufu for short, was established on March 3 1 0989. It is a public institution directly under the Ministry of Education, formerly known as the International Student Training Office of the former Ministry of Higher Education. On March 3,1,1989, the study abroad service center of the State Education Commission was formally established, which is called the China Study Abroad Service Center, and mainly engaged in studying abroad, returning home and studying abroad.
