What is national education?
Ethnic education is the abbreviation of ethnic education. The education of 55 ethnic minorities except Han nationality is an important part of the whole education in China.

The State Council's Decision on Accelerating the Development of Ethnic Education (hereinafter referred to as the Decision) issued in August, 2065438+2005 requires that the education of the national common language and characters should be unswervingly carried out in accordance with the law, in line with the actual situation, so as to ensure that ethnic minority students can basically master and use the national common language and characters, and ethnic minority college graduates can master and use the national common language and characters skillfully. Two-year bilingual education is basically popularized in pre-school education in areas where the national common language education foundation is weak, and compulsory education is fully popularized.

Ethnic education in a broad sense refers to the process of inheriting ethnic culture and introducing, digesting and absorbing foreign culture; Ethnic education in a narrow sense refers to the education of cultural knowledge of ethnic minorities.
