Overseas through train is a project or project launched by some regions or schools, mainly overseas undergraduate through train. Because the "overseas through train" allows candidates to study abroad directly after studying in the corresponding higher vocational colleges for three years, it provides a shortcut for candidates who don't want to take only a college diploma.

Jiangsu "Overseas Undergraduate Through Train" project is specially developed by Jiangsu Excellence International Exchange Education Foundation, which is a green channel for college students to obtain undergraduate and post-undergraduate degrees in foreign universities. This project is jointly undertaken by Jiangsu Education International Exchange Service Center and some excellent higher vocational colleges in the province, which provides a rare opportunity for Chinese college students to study in developed countries and builds a platform for China to cultivate all kinds of urgently needed professional, compound and international talents.
