Liu Zhengshan, a postdoctoral fellow in Tsinghua University, executive deputy director and researcher of Urban Research Institute of China Urban Development Research Association, discussed the topic of building a child-friendly city and improving children's happiness index. He pointed out that a child-friendly city is not a city dominated by children, but a city centered on children's interests and growth, thus building a child-friendly environment and a city with healthy development of children's body and mind.

Ms. Tang Sulan, Deputy Secretary-General of Hunan CPPCC and Chairman of Changsha Federation of Literary and Art Circles, discussed the significance of building a child-friendly city culture with the theme of "Reading gives children a pair of wings". She is very much looking forward to cultivating children's reading habits and improving their reading ability through rich and interesting family parent-child reading activities. Shen Yao, associate professor, doctoral supervisor and director of the child-friendly city research office of Hunan University School of Architecture, shared the theme of "Towards a child-friendly community".
