With an excited and uneasy heart, I ended my internship and officially became a nurse in Archie Hospital, starting my new starting point. Through the pre-job training for new nurses in the hospital, we have a more systematic understanding of the current situation and system of the hospital and further realize the particularity of medical posts. Although we are just ordinary nurses, we shoulder the heavy responsibility of saving lives. During the internship, under the guidance of the teaching teacher, I can always hear the exhortation of "careful inspection and aseptic operation". Why do you repeat the same words every day? Now I understand that different identities have different responsibilities. As a real nurse, the burden on her shoulders is heavier. Now there are fewer exhortations echoing in my ears, but my heart is not practical. I look forward to growing up, but I'm afraid of growing up.
During this time, I deeply realized the patience, tolerance and responsibility as a nurse. I understand that learning is the foundation, practice is the foundation and thinking is the key concept. Knowing the importance of listening, watching, thinking and doing more, we should be anxious about the patient's anxiety, think about the patient's thoughts, treat the patient as our own relatives, have the ability of independent observation and thinking, and the nurses' own work is particularly repetitive, which requires us to have a careful and serious work attitude and always remember: make every effort to minimize the error rate, strive for perfection, and make every effort to avoid it.
In the work, we should master our job responsibilities, work with peace of mind, correct our thinking, abide by the rules of the hospital, work hard, learn from each other, respect each other and dare to ask questions; Have the spirit of teamwork. When rescuing patients, we should work together with Qi Xin, so as to save people better. We should stick to our beliefs, work hard, study hard, be strict with ourselves in our work and study, constantly learn to update our knowledge and improve our technical level.
In the shortest possible time, change your identity, re-examine your job responsibilities, assume the responsibility as a nurse, devote yourself to work with a brand-new look and full enthusiasm, and strive to become an excellent nursing staff.
2. Experience of nurses
I used to like to watch stories about the emergency department in film and television programs. I think the doctors and nurses in the story are so decisive, capable and charming that I envy them. Unexpectedly, when I grew up many years later, I was lucky enough to become an emergency nurse. From the initial anxiety to gradually finding the law, I really realized that it is not easy to be a good emergency nurse! The emergency department is one of the most important windows in the hospital. My hospital is one of the best comprehensive tertiary hospitals in the province. It not only receives normal acute and severe patients, but also receives critically ill patients transferred from prefectures and counties. It is anxious, busy and complicated. Facing the first diagnosis and rescue of critical emergency patients, emergency patients often have unclear diagnosis, unclear condition and rapid changes. If it is not handled properly, it is easy to have medical disputes. However, patients and their families are prone to impatience, anxiety and fear. The emergency room is different from the ward. Medical staff have enough time to communicate with patients and their families, understand the needs of patients in time, and establish a good nurse-patient relationship. In the emergency department, patients and their families have not yet established a good sense of trust in their brief contact with medical staff, and they are very sensitive to every nuance of medical staff. The speech and behavior of medical staff will have a great influence on patients' psychology. As a result, the treatment behavior of medical staff is not understood, leaving patients and their families with the illusion of "not being taken seriously" and "emergency is not urgent". Therefore, the more I feel that communication is the most easily overlooked and important thing in an emergency.
Nightingale said: Nursing needs not only exquisite skills, but also art. First, you must learn to observe, so that you can be good at discovering the existence of problems, including observing the patient's condition, psychology, needs and family members. For example, some patients' families are critical of nurses' behavior, but they don't fully understand patients' fluids. For such family members, we should patiently remind them where to call a nurse when changing fluids. At the same time, we should also patrol the ward on time to observe the progress of the liquid, so as to avoid conflicts with the patients' families to a great extent because the liquid was not replaced in time. Second, learn to communicate. Mutual respect and trust between people is based on communication. For patients who come to the emergency department, we should actively ask and guide them enthusiastically. For example, we can help patients with mobility difficulties, or help them take them to the clinic with carts, measure their vital signs and give them to the nurses in the clinic; For patients who need and can go to the ward for treatment, the location of the ward can be pointed out in detail to prevent patients from "running wrong". For patients who have been ill for a long time but their condition is not critical, we can advise them to go to the outpatient clinic for medical treatment, and patiently and carefully inform them of the location and time of medical treatment, so as to facilitate patients' arrangements. A smiling expression and a hand gesture can not solve the physical pain of patients, but can quickly shorten the distance between nurses and patients, effectively meet the psychological needs of patients who need care, thus facilitating our follow-up nursing work. Finally, through observation and communication, learn to judge, and have an accurate understanding and judgment of the patient's condition and needs, which is conducive to the rescue work of medical staff and buys time for patients. For example, trauma patients can know the location and severity of their injuries through observation and general inquiry, and seek medical treatment at the first time. Registration procedures can also be prepared.
The above is just a brief talk about my short work in the emergency department, and there are still many things to learn. Everyone is my teacher in the emergency department, and everything is my experience, which has taught me a lot, whether it is being a person or doing things. Of course, being a good emergency nurse is not enough. It also needs a solid theoretical foundation, rich rescue experience, quick response and quick action. This is a guarantee to stand the test in an emergency.
3. Experience of nurses
Time flies, and the four-month training for emergency nurses is over. The combination of formal theoretical study and clinical practice has gained more than any short-term academic activities in the past, which not only changed my understanding of first aid work, enriched my theory, but also improved my first aid technical ability and benefited a lot. The experience is as follows: four months of emergency nurse training, in general, gave me the deepest experience: the master leads the door, and practice depends. In fact, to really reach the level of emergency specialist nurses, my existing ability is still limited. The training method is divided into three stages: four weeks of theoretical study, 10 weeks of clinical practice, and two weeks of summary report. In the first month, I took a theoretical class in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College. The contents are all new concepts and technologies in the development of emergency professional knowledge, including nursing management, nursing technology, first aid coordination, symptom nursing, clinical evaluation technology, teaching training, nursing research and so on. The learning style of this specialist nurse training has given us a brand-new feeling and made our students particularly satisfied in two aspects. First, the course content is arranged reasonably. What we have learned is what we need at work. We can also learn how to deal with snake venom, bee sting, electric injury and so on. The emergency department is a comprehensive department. In our work, we often encounter such unexpected situations and don't know how to deal with them. Therefore, the thoughtful training content of this course gives us a new understanding. Second, sufficient clinical practice gives us enough time to digest what we have learned. It can be seen that the provincial nursing society has made great efforts for our training. There are seven clinical practice base hospitals for specialist training, and I was assigned to the First People's Hospital of Guangzhou and the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. During my study, these two hospitals gave me the impression that there were not many emergency patients in the First People's Hospital of Guangzhou, but the treatment process of emergency patients was optimized, convenient, centralized and clearly divided, which was beneficial to the first aid of critically ill patients and reduced human resources, and was worth learning. However, the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University has many patients and is busy with work. Moreover, the patient is in critical condition and often encounters the rescue of major or special patients, which also makes me learn a lot of rescue experience. The layout of the rescue room is very reasonable, and the first-aid items are concentrated and clear at a glance. Moreover, the teachers in the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University are very meaningful. They have done excellent papers or scientific research and have strong teaching ability, which is also their highlight. Finally, it is necessary to complete the paper report of nursing cases and group plans, make ppt and make a speech report, and pass the last level of theory and skill operation to get the qualification certificate of emergency specialist nurses in Guangdong Province.
4. Experience of nurses
The working experience of emergency nurses is 20xx years, which is my fifth year working in the emergency department and the last year of our struggle in the emergency building. Next year, we will move to the outpatient building specially set aside for emergency treatment. By then, our working environment and conditions will be greatly improved, and the business work of the department will develop faster. As emergency nurses, we shoulder the task of "120" pre-hospital first aid, transportation and in-hospital first aid, and make every effort to ensure the smooth development of "120" pre-hospital first aid and in-hospital first aid in our hospital with fast, efficient and high-quality emergency medical services, and ensure the "green" first aid station in our hospital. Thanks to our joint efforts, the number of outpatient and emergency visits, cumulative hospitalization visits and emergency rescue visits have increased significantly compared with the same period of last year, which has delivered a large number of pathogens to various wards and auxiliary examination departments of the hospital, effectively promoting the growth of "two benefits" in various departments of the hospital and improving the work enthusiasm of hospital medical staff.
First, strengthen ideological and political education and create an atmosphere of unity and harmony.
In 20xx, all nursing staff in the emergency department earnestly studied all kinds of medical laws and regulations, consciously abided by the rules and regulations of hospitals and departments, firmly established the service concept of "patient-centered", constantly improved ideological and moral education and self-cultivation, strived for civilized medical care and quality service, and achieved the principle of stressing style on major issues and principle on minor issues. In the work, they supported and understood each other, had a clear division of labor, carried out their duties, United and pragmatic, and lived in harmony, and successfully completed various tasks of the hospital.
Two, strengthen business technical training, improve the ability of emergency rescue.
Emergency nurses take "annual quality management standard" and "national medical miles" inspection standard as the criterion, strengthen the construction of medical quality in emergency department, conscientiously implement various operating procedures and rescue workflow around the medical core system, and prevent errors, doctor-patient disputes and other medical adverse events. According to the training and assessment plan of the hospital and department system, the first-aid team members are regularly trained in business study and first-aid technology, which forms a good learning atmosphere in the department, seriously studies business, communicates with each other and promotes each other, so that the department staff can master all kinds of rescue equipment and rescue technologies, such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation, mechanical ventilation, tracheal intubation, defibrillation, gastric lavage and ECG monitoring, and further improve the first-aid ability of first-aid team members. Check, control, train, assess and supervise the quality of medical care in departments, strictly regulate the writing of medical care documents, and carry out emergency rescue work in strict accordance with relevant laws and regulations formulated by the Ministry of Health and medical behavior norms, so as to prevent medical errors and medical accidents before they happen, and put an end to carelessness in the process of medical behavior.
In the "120" first aid work, resolutely obey the dispatch of the "120" command center, make house calls at any time, get out of the car quickly, and be prepared to arrive at the first aid in time. At present, the first-aid medicines are available at any time, the intact rate of articles is 100%, the rescue equipment is in the emergency standby function state, and the hospital in front is 120. Every link can be seamlessly connected, effectively ensuring the safety of residents in the jurisdiction.
Third, strengthen the nursing management of departments and do a good job in hospital infection management in emergency work.
In emergency rescue work, strengthen hospital infection management, effectively prevent and control hospital infection, improve medical quality and ensure nursing safety. Implement hospital infection management rules and regulations and work norms, strictly implement operating procedures and work standards, prevent the spread of infectious diseases, do a good job in self-protection, disinfection and isolation, medical waste management, and prevent cross-infection in hospitals.
Fourth, strengthen the publicity of departments and establish the image of hospital window.
The emergency department is an important window for hospitals to face the society. Its medical level and service quality directly affect and reflect the mental outlook and social image of the hospital. "120" is a lifesaver and a "green channel" to protect people's lives and health. Emergency nurses, as daily first aid work and pre-hospital first aid, represent the image of the hospital. We always pay attention to the image of the tree, grasp the connotation and contribute to the comprehensive, harmonious and healthy development of the hospital.
5. Experience of nurses
Hemodialysis room is a special department, and the particularity of patients determines the special work of nurses in dialysis room. Half a year ago, when I was a layman, I thought, like everyone else, that hemodialysis was only for treating patients with machines, and nurses had no problems when the machines worked. But when I became a hemodialysis nurse, I found that this job was far more complicated and arduous than I thought! The first shift in the hemodialysis room is the morning shift and arrives at the post at 06: 30. Before the patient comes in, it is necessary to complete the pre-washing of the patient's puncture needle, the preparation of anticoagulant, the installation of hemodialysis pipeline and the pre-washing. All this work can't tolerate your slowness. Every minute has its mission, and you feel that time is pressing. You must race against time to ensure the orderly development of the day's work accurately, and surfing the computer is just the beginning. ......
The vast majority of hemodialysis patients are patients with end-stage renal disease and can only rely on regular dialysis treatment to maintain their lives. It is very important to monitor and judge the condition during dialysis. Nurses monitor the patient's vital signs every hour, pay close attention to the changes of venous pressure and transmembrane pressure, and handle the alarm of the machine at any time to prevent dialysis.
Coagulation, membrane rupture and other unexpected situations occurred during the analysis. Attention should also be paid to the observation and treatment of some critical situations, such as hypotension, arrhythmia, hemolysis and air embolism.
Hemodialysis nurses can't leave the ward because many situations may develop irretrievably in just a few minutes! It can be said that the work of nurses in hemodialysis room is like a rotating machine, and they can't slack off at all! Because the blood drawn from the patient's body is more than 200ml per minute, the hemodialysis nurse must always be vigilant until the patient gets off the plane after treatment.
For patients with chronic kidney disease in uremia stage, psychological care is both difficult and important because of the long course of disease. At the same time, give psychological counseling to patients, communicate with patients and their families, listen carefully to their feelings, and encourage patients to face life and illness positively.
6. Experience of nurses
Time flies, I have been in the hospital for three months in a blink of an eye, and these months are also my precious memories. In April, I successfully passed the recruitment examination in the hospital. After a month's pre-job training, I also have a preliminary understanding and understanding of the hospital environment and requirements. The one-month pre-job training has ended, and we are ready to embrace the future, which has strengthened our determination to engage in nursing work. I entered the clinical work with great expectation and excitement. My first department was neurology. I am honored to work here. I am determined to be a qualified nurse. I devote myself to my work every day and keep shuttling in the ward. This is my first harvest.
Zhang Xiaoling, the head nurse who just entered the department, taught me to treat every patient with care, to be cautious in my work, and to encourage and help patients with patience and love. "Our nurses are the people who have the most contact with patients during hospitalization. Our state will directly affect the mood of every patient, so we must be enthusiastic and let patients feel our care and warmth. " The head nurse always tells me this, and I take this sentence as a guiding light in my work.
One afternoon, I came back from treatment in the ward and passed by Room 206. It happened that the patient in that room, Mr. Zhao, stopped me. At that time, the patient did not receive infusion or other treatment. When I entered the ward, the patient said, "Sweets, call your head nurse." At that time, my brain was running at full speed, wondering if I missed an operation or made any nursing mistakes. The head nurse came out of the ward, walked to the nurse station and said to me, "Don't be afraid. Teacher Zhao in the tenth bed is to praise my care and care for your patient. " When the head nurse finished, my hanging heart was put down. Although the work is very tiring, I have grown up and gained something.
Attitude determines everything, as the saying goes: "Three points of treatment, seven points of care." This is a high summary of the importance of nursing work, and it is precisely because I chose and contacted this industry that I really realized the difficulties and difficulties in my work and understood that nursing is not a blunt operation. First of all, you must have patients in your heart and eyes to win the trust of patients.
7. Experience of nurses
In a blink of an eye, my nine-month intern has already lived. With excitement and pride, I am honored to be a member of the 306th Hospital of China People's Liberation Army and start a new journey in my life. For a new nurse, there are many situations that need to be familiar with and adapted before taking up the post. Thanks to the leaders of the institute for providing a valuable opportunity for our new members. On August 1 2006, I attended a two-week pre-job training for new nurses organized by the Nursing Department. Although the training time is short, the knowledge we have learned from it will benefit us for life. I believe that everyone, like me, learned some information about our 306 hospital more or less from others on the Internet before coming to the hospital. During the nine-month internship, we also felt a lot of intimacy in this slightly unfamiliar environment, and Director Qin's speech also gave us a deep understanding of the hospital's culture, development history and general situation, hospital's purpose, service concept and vision. At the same time, as a clinical nurse, we have the closest contact with patients. Director Qin told us that we should provide patients with excellent service, care like relatives, always understand their needs, meet their needs, and help every patient with our love, which can not only improve the quality of hospital care, but also increase patients' confidence in overcoming diseases.
Commissioner Niu and Director Yang gave us a lot of practical suggestions from both macro and micro aspects. To tell the truth, before attending professional training, I was very vague about my career planning and even adopted a step-by-step attitude. This time, Commissioner Niu and Director Yang took their life experiences as an example and gave me a brand-new and systematic career plan, which gave me the motivation to move forward. In life, two seniors warned us to develop good living habits, actively participate in various extracurricular activities, constantly enrich our own experience, and devote our limited life to unlimited nursing work.
Teacher Nie Wei's etiquette training class also left a deep impression on me. As a medical worker, smiling is the most basic, and smiling can bring warmth, comfort and hope to patients. At the same time, medical staff should be tolerant of patients, put themselves in the patient's shoes, make good use of what they have learned and practice, really care about others, be a respected person and better integrate into the big family of society. Etiquette, as a special communicative language, is embodied in all aspects of daily life. The experience of behavior in daily communication is pleasing to the eye. However, it is not enough to realize its benefits. On the premise of this understanding, we should always warn ourselves to carry out etiquette in every corner of our lives. Start with good manners and customs, so that etiquette can be integrated into life. Doing things appropriately and being polite to people is my understanding of behavior. For the work, no matter how difficult it is, we should devote ourselves to enthusiasm and strength. This is the correct working attitude. It is inevitable that you will encounter difficulties in your work, so you should pay attention to adjusting your mentality and face challenges with a positive attitude. Only when you have a sense of responsibility for your work and go all out in practical actions, rather than muddling along, can you complete the task well.
Director Gu took us to seriously study the nosocomial infection, disinfection and isolation, and occupational protection, so as to better standardize and protect ourselves and get familiar with the common problems and solutions that will be encountered in future work.
Teacher Hong Yan's teaching creates a relaxed and humorous atmosphere, which makes us realize that the harmonious relationship between medical staff, patients and their families will be beneficial to the implementation of doctor's orders and achieve better therapeutic effects. At the same time, establishing good work and interpersonal relationships is of great significance to improve our personal professional quality, service quality and service awareness. Our nurses not only need a higher professional and technical level, but also be good at communicating with patients, do a good job in health knowledge publicity and education about diseases, and effectively solve practical problems for patients. At the same time, we should respect patients' personality, safeguard patients' rights and pay attention to the improvement of service attitude and service quality.
Every afternoon in the training, the nursing operation drills and the personal explanations of senior teachers let us know that some details are very important and the foundation at the beginning is very important. Only after each step is in place can we do well and realize our own shortcomings. In the daily training, the teaching assistant accompanied us all the way, strictly demanding us, and at the same time let us realize the care and care of Teacher Zhang. She shared her career and her youth with us. What impressed me most was that she told us that she was absent due to illness at the last stage of our internship, and everyone's eyes were red. She told us from personal experience that a patient is helpless and dependent on medical staff. Let us have more responsibility for our work. In life, every one of us may get sick. When we get sick, we hope to be taken care of by medical staff. This also allows us to learn to put ourselves in the patient's shoes and consider the problem from the patient's point of view.
Although this training was short-lived, the enlightenment I got played a great role in my future development. How to be a respected and good nurse is my goal. I will start with the little things and details around me, and always remember that I am a life-saving angels in white. The road of nursing is treading on thin ice, because with the support of the warm family in the hospital and the guidance of the nursing seniors, I am confident to do a good job in nursing and take the road I have chosen. I will go on slowly and steadily and dedicate my youth and enthusiasm to the majority of patients.
8. Experience of nurses
I always thought I was still a little nurse who needed to grow up, but I don't know when I learned to be strong and brave, and learned the preciousness and impermanence of life. In the journey of life, everyone will experience countless things. After seeing countless people, there will always be rich stories, and my story is on the road of this angel. .....
In the countless days from the beginning of internship to the rescue of patients, when we saw the trusting eyes of patients entrusting their lives to us, we made a hundredfold effort to pull dying patients back from the brink of death to the spring of life, and we felt that there would be no regrets if we worked hard!
A white skirt is a pure heart; The unique dovetail hat is a great trust to protect life. Countless sunny mornings ushered in a new day in the concerto of therapeutic disc and cart; Countless sleepless nights let us feel the symphony of life and death.
Nightingale, who "burns herself and illuminates others", is a hero and the pride of our nurses. They say that we are lofty and great, but who knows that behind this lofty greatness is actually an ordinary angel heart. We are ordinary women, daughters, wives and mothers in our family; But in front of patients, we are so extraordinary, because we are people who walk with life all the time! How many years later, I realized that it is not easy to be an angel. Angels in white's wings are too heavy. On her left is the backing of love and sincerity, and on her right is a smile and selfless dedication. She is not afraid of being dirty and tired. She writes her youth over and over again with love, and her youth gradually dies in the busy pace. The patient is eager for us to carry the mountain with weak shoulders and pass the heavy work. Who says nurses are accessories of doctors? We won the applause of patients with superb technology!
It has been calculated that a nurse can walk 50 miles a night, one year, ten years or twenty years, until she goes to work. China has the world-famous Silk Road and Long March Road, and what we have is an angel road that is no less than dedication and love.
Yesterday, we walked through the girlhood with our young dreams and the smell of disinfectant. Today, with the pursuit of professionalism, we wipe the blood-stained wounds and painful hearts of patients and walk into our youth; Tomorrow, with the responsibility of practice, continue to inherit Nightingale's "candle" spirit and burn yourself. Even if our beauty disappears and our smooth hands are eroded by complicated work, we still have no regrets!
Because, from the moment we put on white clothes and swallow-tailed hats, we have accepted the mission and responsibility entrusted to us by God. This sacred angel road will eventually make us-break the cocoon into a butterfly!
9. Experience of nurses
I practice for one year and work for two years. I have been in clinical contact for three years, and I have never seen doctors and nurses in a department so United and friendly. As a new nurse with two years' working experience, I always feel embarrassed. For different management systems and different computer systems, everything has to be relearned. However, for each of my questions, the teachers in the department answered me in detail. I remember the first time I was on duty alone in the middle class. Teacher Peng didn't go to rest after lunch, and silently handled things in the doctor's office. In fact, I know that she is with me, and a hanging heart is stable at once. The first night shift head nurse privately arranged for the teacher to sleep in the department to accompany me, which made me no longer afraid; It's the first time to see a patient alone. Thank you very much for your patient guidance. A harmonious and friendly group makes the work full of love everywhere. We are often moved by the beautiful scenery along the way, and always by the warmth and beauty around us. Every day when I come to the Chinese medicine hospital is a sign of growing up again. Our daily work is tense and full, and the harmonious relationship between doctors and nurses makes us feel affection and warmth. We care for our brothers and sisters, unite and cooperate to create a brilliant tomorrow!
10. Experience of nurses
As a quality control nurse in the department, she has been responsible for the management of nursing work in the monitoring area for many years. Under the guidance of head nurses and head nurses, they can skillfully use scientific quality management methods such as PDCA to complete nursing quality control. Quality control circles and quality improvement projects such as "functional recovery of dysphagia patients stimulated by hot and cold mint water", "blind insertion of jejunum tube to reduce the incidence of hidden aspiration", "gastrointestinal function monitoring to reduce the incidence of stress ulcer in neurosurgery" and "early warning score to improve the early identification rate of critically ill patients" have been promoted in departments, and certain results have been achieved. At the same time, it also assisted the head nurse to complete the investigation of the hidden dangers of nursing safety in the department and formulate preventive measures, completed the special safety nursing inspection, and sorted out the observation cases of the disease. Some people say that nursing work is ordinary, but I think it is extraordinary to always do an ordinary thing well, and it is not simple to always do a simple thing well. How many patients' lives are entrusted by our nursing work? I am a nurse, but I will try my best to shine and do my best to do better nursing work. I believe in a spring rain and an autumn harvest; A sweat, a harvest! In the future work, I will continue to work hard, truly worthy of the glorious title of five-star nurse!
