Travel planning is very punctual. Candidates are requested to familiarize themselves with the location of the test center in advance before the exam, arrange transportation reasonably and plan the itinerary, and start as soon as possible. Candidates should leave enough time for admission health check, identity verification and two security checks. It is recommended to arrive at the test center at least 45 minutes in advance to avoid delaying the test due to weather changes, traffic jams and epidemic prevention and control requirements. Candidates can get familiar with the situation at the test center after June 6 16:30. According to epidemic prevention requirements, candidates are not allowed to enter the test center to ensure the safety of the test center. The documents and certificates are all in order. Candidates must show their admission ticket and valid identity documents. Electronic identity will not be used as a valid proof of the entrance examination. The health management information collection form and paper certificate with negative nucleic acid test twice within 48 hours and 24 hours before the first exam must be handed in.

Make full preparations for the exam. Candidates can only carry necessary examination supplies, and other non-essential items are not allowed to be brought into the closed area and examination room. It is strictly forbidden to carry mobile phones, watches, electronic storage and memory recording and playback equipment, transceiver equipment, schoolbags, study materials, correction fluid, correction tape and other wireless communication tools and other items. Candidates are advised not to bring irrelevant items such as mobile phones to the test center. If so, please place them properly outside the enclosed area.

Second, the epidemic prevention instructions

At present, the situation of epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19, China is severe and complicated. Please follow the local epidemic prevention and control requirements, gather less and move less, and do a good job of self-protection to ensure that you can take the exam as scheduled.

Apply for "Shandong Electronic Health Access Code". Candidates are requested to apply for the "Shandong Electronic Health Access Code" in advance. Candidates from other provinces who come to Shandong should fill in the "Come to Shandong to declare" in the electronic health code interface. Before the exam, our college will conduct unified online verification, and candidates do not need to show it to the test center when applying for the exam.

Perform nucleic acid detection as needed. All candidates must submit two paper certificates of negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours and 24 hours before entering the test center in the first exam before taking the exam. Please go to the relevant medical institutions for nucleic acid testing within the specified time. Candidates returning from other places must also implement the epidemic prevention and control requirements of our province and territory.

Conduct personal health monitoring on time. Candidates are required to measure and record their body temperature and monitor their health status every day from 14 days before the exam, and truthfully fill out the Information Collection Form for Health Management of Candidates in Summer College Entrance Examination in Shandong Province in 2022, and hand it in when they enter the test center for the first time.

Minimize cross-regional flows. Candidates should try not to leave the test center 14 days before the test. Candidates from other places must return to the province where the test center is located before May 24, report their residence history to the local entrance examination institution on their own initiative, and make preparations according to the local epidemic prevention and control requirements.

Please contact in time under special circumstances. Consciously accept temperature measurement. On the day of the exam, you must take a temperature measurement when entering the test center. If the temperature is ≥37.3℃, a second interview will be conducted. If the body temperature is still ≥37.3℃ after the second interview, you must take the exam according to the emergency handling procedures of the test center, and ask the candidates to cooperate with the arrangement of the staff of the test center.

Personal protection candidates wear disposable medical masks to enter test sites and examination rooms, but their identity recognition shall not be affected by wearing masks. Please follow the instructions of the test center staff, queue up for admission in an orderly manner, and keep a safe distance from others. Candidates in low-risk areas can decide whether to wear masks after entering the examination room, and encourage them to wear masks regularly throughout the whole process; Candidates in high-risk areas, spare isolation examination rooms and special test sites should wear masks in a standardized manner throughout the process.

If there is any change in the above epidemic prevention and control requirements, our hospital will inform candidates as soon as possible, and ask candidates to strictly implement the latest epidemic prevention and control requirements in our province and its territories.

Third, the exam instructions

Observe the examination time. Cooperate with the inspection. Candidates must clean themselves when entering the venue, and don't wear clothes with metal ornaments. Don't bring a bag. It is suggested to use simple and transparent stationery to pack the examination supplies. When candidates enter the closed area and examination room, invigilators should use metal detectors to detect each candidate. Read the rules. Before the exam, we must carefully study the exam rules and the measures to deal with violations of national education exams, pay attention to matters, avoid losses caused by "ignorance" and prevent violations. Anyone who takes mobile phones and other electronic communication tools to take the entrance examination, whether using them or not, will be treated as cheating. Do not answer questions with pens and paper other than those specified, and do not make any marks on the answer sheet and answer sheet. No quick answer or slow answer. Answering questions before the start of the examination signal or continuing to answer questions after the end of the examination signal is issued, and it is found on the spot, played back by video or reported for verification. According to the provisions of the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations, it is regarded as a violation of examination discipline and the examination results are cancelled. Candidates must not lose more than they gain. Put down their pens immediately after the end of the exam signal, arrange the papers in page number order, sit still and wait. After the invigilator has collected all the materials and checked them correctly, they will appear in turn according to the invigilator's instructions. Pay special attention not to take away and destroy any test paper, answer sheet and draft paper, otherwise it can be regarded as cheating at the highest, and the test scores of all subjects will be invalid.

Calm and serious, standardize the exam. It is necessary to accurately understand the examination requirements of various subjects, scientifically arrange the time for answering questions, carefully standardize the answers, ensure neat and clear handwriting, and avoid affecting the examination due to misunderstanding and negligence. According to the instructions of the invigilator, remove the barcode and paste it in the "barcode paste area" on the answer sheet, and make it as flat as possible. If you accidentally get stuck, crooked or wrinkled, it won't affect the scanning, don't worry. The answer sheet shall be kept clean and tidy, and shall not be folded or damaged.

This exam implements the security inspection system twice. The first time is to enter the closed area of the test center. It is forbidden to bring schoolbags, mobile phones, electronic equipment and other items unrelated to the examination into the closed area. During the examination, people unrelated to the examination are prohibited from entering the closed area. Please clean and keep your personal belongings in advance. The test center is not responsible for keeping the examinee's property.
