1, highlight key points and organize teaching content reasonably.

As a comprehensive subject, nursing pedagogy has a large amount of knowledge and information. If it is taught systematically, it will take up a lot of class hours. Therefore, we pay attention to the introduction of basic teaching knowledge, basic principles and basic skills, and the content layout highlights the theme. According to the reality of our hospital, the course of Nursing Pedagogy consists of two parts: theoretical narration and teaching practice (lecture practice), with a total of 48 hours. Among them, the theory is 30 hours, the practice is 18 hours, and the ratio of theory to practice is 1? 0.6。

2. Innovating classroom theory teaching mode to promote students' active participation.

The teaching method and teaching organization form of nursing pedagogy itself are the direct embodiment of its teaching content, and the teaching process of teachers is actually the process of students' learning, observation and demonstration. The teaching effect of nursing pedagogy will directly affect students' interest in learning this course. Therefore, from this point of view, the teaching requirements of nursing pedagogy are stronger than those of general professional courses, and the teaching level of teachers engaged in this course is higher. In order to achieve better teaching effect of this course, our college has broken the traditional one-way presentation teaching mode of "the teacher speaks on the stage and the students listen in the audience" which has been used by other professional courses for a long time. In the teaching process, we attach importance to students' active participation, implement a two-way dialogue teaching mode, and encourage students to ask questions based on their own experiences, participate in classroom discussions and take classroom notes. The theory class is arranged for 3 class hours each time, and 1/3 time is used for the teacher to tell, mainly explaining the basic framework, learning scope and some important concepts of this class; In addition, 1/3 time is used for class discussion, students are divided into 6 or 8 discussion groups according to the principle of seat proximity, the learning content is set to 6 or 8 groups of questions, their conflicts and disputes are clarified, and the questions are assigned to several discussion groups for discussion respectively; In addition, 1/3 time is used for students to answer questions or make special speeches after discussion. Every class requires students to take study notes in class or after class. The content of the notes requires not only a brief record of the lecture, but also a brief comment or summary of the lecture experience. This teaching form effectively combines all aspects of teachers' teaching with students' learning, so that students can not only learn the basic theoretical knowledge of nursing pedagogy from teachers' explanations and self-taught textbooks, but also learn the most intuitive basic teaching skills in the teaching process of teachers, and can also use the theoretical and technical knowledge they have learned to analyze and evaluate the education and teaching phenomena around them and sum up experiences and lessons.

3. Pay attention to practical teaching and cultivate teaching skills.

The practical teaching of nursing pedagogy is 18 class hours, which is arranged in four stages, including compiling teaching plans, group "lecturing" and mutual evaluation, formal lecturing and evaluation in large groups, and open class in the whole class. Teaching plan writing is mainly arranged after class. Students are required to select a paragraph in combination with their nursing courses and write a 20-minute teaching plan (including teaching design and detailed lecture notes). Arrange 4 class hours (half a day) for "lecture" and mutual evaluation in groups, with each group 15 people. Each student introduces the teaching design of his own trial content in the form of "lecture", accepts the evaluation of the group of students, then modifies the teaching plan according to the students' opinions and suggestions, and then submits it to the teacher for review and grading, and finally modifies the teaching plan again according to the teacher's opinions. There are 8 class hours (two and a half days) for formal teaching and evaluation in large groups, with 30 people in each group and 2 teachers in each group as judges. All students will participate in the lecture evaluation, and the jury will grade each student's lecture. The whole class held a 6-hour (half-day) open class, and according to the lecture evaluation of each major group, 6 or 8 students were selected for the class demonstration class, and the certificate of nursing teaching practice demonstration class was awarded.
