Dear leaders and colleagues, exchange materials of junior high school Chinese teaching experience,
Hello everyone!
As a representative of junior middle school Chinese group, I am honored to share my teaching and research results with you here. My growth, first of all, thanks to my predecessors, thanks to my colleagues in the Chinese group. You paved the way for my growth; It is you who have created opportunities for me to learn and progress; You built a stage for me to show myself. Of course, we also want to thank the security center school for giving us a brilliant stage and the school leaders for giving us a space to display our talents.
Looking back on my teaching and research, I have the following three points to report to the leaders and teachers:
First, read widely and create wisdom.
Suhomlinski once profoundly pointed out:? A real teacher must be a reading enthusiast, and the atmosphere of loving, respecting and worshiping books is the essence of school and education. ? Reading enriches knowledge and ideas? Source running water? This is not only the need of teachers' development, but also the need of teachers' professional dignity.
Chinese teachers should influence, infect and attract students with their elegance, charm, temperament, charm and understanding, communicate with students with their own cultural, spiritual, psychological, inner and subjective experiences, be guided by beauty and be enlightened by reason. A hundred rivers are full of tolerance. Read more books and immerse yourself in literature for a long time, and the cultural accumulation will be thick. Only in this way can it be created? Knowledge is generous and wisdom is like a source? Can a great wise man do it? Can the thread be rice? Only people with high moral character can lead students to roam freely in the ocean of Chinese and move from mediocrity to Excellence. My view on Chinese teaching stems from one time I asked Hu, director of the teaching and research section, and she recommended the professor's Language Sense Theory to me. After reading it, I went on to read Han Jun's New Chinese Education Thought and Li Hailin's Speech Teaching Theory, and finally established my own language teaching view based on language sense in speech teaching, becoming a firm practitioner of this educational thought.
Second, concentrate on research and let wisdom blossom.
It's also a sentence from Suhomlinski:? If you hope that the teacher's work can bring some fun to the teacher, so that attending classes every day will not become a boring obligation, then you should guide every teacher to the road of happiness in scientific research? . My teaching and research path is led by my tutor, President Bu Shao Ting. What impressed me the most was the first proposition, which asked me to be original and comment word by word, including punctuation marks, which made me deeply understand many proposition principles such as originality, rigor and humanistic care. The level of proposition improved rapidly and gradually formed myself? Everything is original, breaking through yourself every time? Propositional style
Third, continuous reflection and innovation.
American psychologist Posner proposed? If a teacher is only satisfied with his own experience and doesn't think deeply, then even if he has 20 years of teaching experience, a year is just 20 repetitions of work. Unless he is good at learning from experience and reflecting, there will be no improvement, and he will always stay at the level of a novice teacher. Therefore, he proposed? Experience+reflection = growth? Teacher growth model.
Teaching is a flawed art, right? Defects? Thinking is reflection. Reflecting on the gains and losses in teaching, reflecting on the highlights and problems of students, reflecting on the flexibility of dealing with emergencies, reflecting on the perfection and improvement of teaching plans, and recording reflections, even if there are only a few words, are all important sources of inspiration for writing papers in the future. Many of my articles are created in this way. Looking back on my own growth experience, I realize that growth is a never-ending process; Thinking is also an endless process. I believe that if you keep reading and writing, you will keep thinking, thinking and making progress. Although some achievements have been made, there are still many aspects that need to be improved and perfected. For example, I haven't published my works in the national core journals, and I still need to make continuous efforts.
I hope to get the support of the predecessors of the Chinese language group and the school leaders as always, and I hope to add a modest contribution to the glory of Chongqing No.1 Middle School!
Dear leading teachers, exchange materials of junior high school Chinese teaching experience:
Hello, it's an honor to communicate with you here today. In recent years, with the support of leaders and the help of teachers, I have made little progress. Now I will report my work practices to the leaders and teachers:
1. Good figure? Teacher's morality? picture
Confucius, an ancient educator, put forward:? He is honest and walks without orders. His body is not straight, although he disobeys. ? Therefore, I have always been strict with myself and have always insisted on giving students a good demonstration. I will do what I ask the students to do, and I will implement what I promised the students. I will never miss a class unless there is something special. In teaching, I insist on educating students with my love. In my eyes, there is no concept of poor students. The quality of a student's grades at one time can't determine his life. Poor students, that is, what we call underachievers, have stronger adaptability in society. Many of them were regarded as poor students when we were teaching, but they all made great achievements after graduation, so we should treat students equally. Those who love others will always love others; People who respect others will always respect others? Respect, trust and care for students will naturally win their love. As long as students like the teacher, even if the teacher doesn't speak well, they will take the initiative to study and get better grades.
2. From easy to difficult, cultivate students' interest in learning Chinese.
From the ground, most of the students I take have poor basic knowledge of Chinese, and many things should be taught from the most basic things. If we start from the requirements of Chinese curriculum standards, many students can't keep up. Every lecture, homework, and composition training should be empathy, starting from the students' point of view. The lecture language should be as friendly as possible, the content should not be too detailed, the questions should be targeted and enlightening, but the key points should be prominent, similar to the test questions. When assigning homework, we should pay attention to the combination of data practice and basic training, but not too much, so as to avoid students' boredom and weariness of learning. Composition is a headache for every teacher and classmate. In order to cultivate students' interest in writing, I take people, things and things in my life as my proposition scope, so that students can have something to say and write. In this way, students will find that Chinese learning is not terrible, and interest in learning Chinese will naturally arise.
Third, let students have a sense of accomplishment.
Everyone wants to succeed. Students are no exception. They are eager to be concerned by classmates, teachers and parents, and they are also eager to get good grades and show themselves in front of others. In Chinese teaching, I will give every student the opportunity to participate in Chinese teaching activities, so as to teach students in accordance with their aptitude and let students shine. As the saying goes, grief is greater than heart death. Underachievers will lose their motivation and interest if they are not encouraged and cared by their teachers in Chinese learning. In Chinese teaching, I will not be stingy with my praise and encouragement, but will try my best to let students find self-confidence and sense of accomplishment. ? Appreciation leads to success, and complaining leads to failure. ? In order to make more students feel a sense of accomplishment, I give oral praise to students who have done their homework carefully every day, as well as praise (prizes) to students who have made progress and outstanding students in each exam. Although this is very troublesome, the students' attitude towards learning Chinese has been obviously improved. I also report the recitation of the text from time to time and praise those students who have done well in time. The students' enthusiasm for endorsement is unprecedented. Some texts haven't been learned yet, but some students have memorized them in advance, so they don't doze off when they study early. With a sense of accomplishment, students have the enthusiasm and initiative to learn Chinese.
Fourth, do a good job in routine teaching.
1. Carefully prepare the lesson plans used in each class, and communicate and discuss with Teacher Zhang in time.
2. In class, focus on creating learning situations for students, providing information, guiding students to think positively, and strengthening students' oral expression ability. Enhance students' awareness of participation and cooperation, and avoid the whole class being performed only by gifted students, without the participation of intermediate students and underachievers.
3. Correcting homework is implemented. In the process of correcting homework, I make batch-by-batch revisions, focusing on guiding students' writing norms and homework format norms. We correct homework items: exercise books, compositions, weekly diaries, dictation, etc.
4. Do the clearance and quality inspection of the unit at ordinary times. Every time I take an exam, I will analyze the students' papers, carefully analyze the paper and the situation of each student, and then conduct a layered follow-up test (find the corresponding wrong questions in the new learning plan and practice again) to find the starting point of teaching, check the missing and fill the gaps, and cultivate the best.
5. Stratified teaching and after-school counseling.
Ten fingers are still of different lengths, not to mention students with different personalities from different families. Their learning abilities, methods and attitudes are different. They are conscious, lazy, smart and stupid. In this semester's teaching, I pay special attention to hierarchical teaching. After class, students at different levels should be given corresponding counseling to meet the needs of students at different levels, avoid the disadvantages of one size fits all, and at the same time increase the counseling efforts for underachievers. Counseling for underachievers is not limited to learning knowledge, but more importantly, learning ideas. To improve the performance of underachievers, we must first solve their problems, make them realize the importance and necessity of learning, and make them interested in learning. We should stimulate their thirst for knowledge and self-motivation through various channels, and let them realize that learning is not a task, nor a substitute for teachers and parents, but for themselves. On this basis, teach them to learn methods, improve their skills, and do a good job in checking and filling gaps. Underachievers usually have poor foundation and many knowledge gaps, so special attention should be paid to make up for them. Sure, okay? Make-up work is complicated and arduous, but as long as you persist, you will gain something, and the gain is accompanied by relief and happiness.
There are indeed many shortcomings in my Chinese teaching. I hope you can criticize me and help me grow up faster.
The third part: Dear leaders and teachers:
Hello, everyone. The following is what I have done in my work to report to the leaders and teachers:
First, cultivate students' good life and study habits.
Ye Shengtao, a contemporary educator in China, once pointed out clearly: What is education? In a word, it is necessary to form good study habits. ? First of all, we think about how to cultivate students' good study habits. A person's good habits are of great benefit to his life, study and work. And good study habits ensure the smooth progress of their study activities. To cultivate students' good study habits and noble moral sentiments, we should start from? Think big and start small? Gradually develop in every move, word and deed. Once good habits are formed, they will become valuable wealth in their lives.
First, we should start from the small section and persevere. Students must develop good study habits from details. Education is everywhere in school life. Good habits are needed in teaching, such as sitting posture, reading posture, answering questions loudly, etc. In daily life, students are required to have a sense of discipline and good hygiene habits.
Second, stimulate students' interest. Interest is the internal motive force of seeking knowledge. Stimulate students' interest, and they will study actively, easily and effectively. However, the interest in learning is not innate, mainly lies in how teachers guide students, fully mobilize their enthusiasm and initiative in learning, and then learn creatively, and finally achieve the goal of optimizing classroom teaching and improving teaching efficiency. In today's curriculum reform, we should stimulate students' interest in learning from many aspects and tap the potential factors of students' interest. Grab the students' attention as soon as class begins, arouse their interest and let them enter quickly? Best learning state? . The stronger students' interest in learning, the higher their enthusiasm for self-study. Stimulating interest is to fully mobilize students' potential enthusiasm for learning.
Third, cultivate students' self-confidence. Confidence is the pillar of an enterprise and the psychological basis of independent work. Self-confidence is of great significance to the healthy growth of children and the development of various abilities. Usually create an environment to cultivate children's self-confidence, so that children are subtly affected? Confidence? Get up. I often say something encouraging to my children when I encounter something. I believe you can do it. Are you sure you're doing well? . Because children's self-evaluation often depends on adults' evaluation, adults treat children with a positive and convincing attitude, and he will realize in his young mind that I can do what others can do.
Fourth, help students form the habit of doing their homework carefully. Most students think that the main reason for their homework mistakes is carelessness. Or start answering when you don't see the requirements of the topic clearly when you do your homework. Very few students often fail to finish their homework on time. These bad habits greatly affect the development of students' thinking, their ability to explore further and their sustainable development. Cultivating students' habit of doing homework seriously is not only the need to educate and cultivate students' excellent moral quality, but also the key measure to help students acquire knowledge and master ability by their own labor, which is of great significance to the formation of students' personality and independent ability. Fifth, help students develop studious study habits. The cultivation of studious study habits is the basis for students to deeply understand and master, and it is also an important way to cultivate and train students' thinking ability. The cultivation of this habit should be cultivated in the whole teaching process, organically combined with the cultivation of learning thinking methods and ideological ability, and attention should be paid to the following three aspects.
1. Excavate the internal intelligence factors of the textbook and create problem situations. Students have a strong curiosity, so we should make full use of this psychology to stimulate students' interest in learning in teaching. Must pay attention to creating problem situations to stimulate students? Thinking and asking questions? A thirst for knowledge. This is also the starting point of cultivating students' habit of thinking hard and asking questions.
2. Set an example and stimulate thinking. According to the imitation characteristics of primary and secondary school students, in the teaching process, teachers should find some examples that students can imitate in time and touch children's hearts with more inspiring words. For example:? Because you are willing to think, your speech is wonderful? 、? Do you really think differently? 、? Your speech is thoughtful? 、? Your evaluation of your classmates is in place? 、? You are a good listener? 、? Your homework is an example for your classmates to learn? ,? Your question is of great research value? Wait a minute. In this way, students can form a good habit of thinking diligently under the influence of example.
3. Encourage students to ask questions actively. It is inevitable that students will have all kinds of doubts or difficulties in the learning process, and these doubts and difficulties are often the focus of our teaching. Most students are timid, many students are unwilling to ask difficult questions, and more students don't realize it because of the limitation of thinking ability. Therefore, in the teaching process, we should attach great importance to the feedback of teaching information and pay attention to discovering and mastering the doubts and difficulties among students. And encourage students to ask questions actively in time, organize and guide students to discuss and solve these difficult problems, and fully affirm the students who ask questions actively. It is also the beginning of cultivating students' rigorous learning attitude to praise students who solve problems independently, stimulate their enthusiasm for questioning and stimulate their creativity in solving problems.
Sixth, strengthen individual counseling. An important feature of the new curriculum is that it faces all and pays attention to the all-round development of every student. When students with learning difficulties do not master the knowledge points that should be mastered in class, if teachers can no longer pay attention to them after class, their academic performance will only get worse and worse over time. The curriculum reform does not exclude necessary tutoring, but calls for extracurricular tutoring with modern colors. Of course, this kind of guidance is not blindly overtime, not forced indoctrination, but should be stimulated by teacher love, students' interest in learning can be stimulated, learning courage can be stimulated, and knowledge can be revisited. Such counseling should no longer be a teacher's patent, but should become an important organizational form of group learning.
The cultivation of students' good study habits is reflected in the subtle links of daily teaching, which is often easily overlooked by us. And students' good study habits are precisely to be patiently cultivated bit by bit in their daily teaching work. Once students have developed good study habits, they can say that they have learned to study, and so have teachers. Teaching is to not teach? . Paying attention to students with learning difficulties, traditional hierarchical teaching is also a more effective method. As long as we have students in our hearts, especially those with learning difficulties, and always care about them, such classroom teaching will be full of the brilliance of human nature.
Second, study the examination trend and carry out targeted teaching.
Senior three students are facing the senior high school entrance examination, so it is an important task for teaching to make students get good grades in the senior high school entrance examination. Therefore, we should study the Chinese test questions in the senior high school entrance examination, master the test questions skillfully, such as accumulating and using the sound, shape and meaning of words in the examination, and paying more attention to important words in teaching. For classical Chinese in the classroom, three questions are generally examined:
1, explain four words, 2, translate two sentences, 3, examine a question about the content or writing of the article. In teaching, the key classical Chinese in teaching materials is guided by these three questions. And sum up some common problem-solving methods, and then teach them to students in class. For example, the use of extracurricular reading questions? Read it three times. Attention? Strategies for solving problems. Especially on the topic of Chinese appreciation, I will give students a way to answer questions: what rhetoric method is used in a sentence, what content is written, and how the article is done. In this way, when students encounter such problems, they should follow this idea, just like a formula in a math problem. For another example, exams often test the structure and function of a paragraph. Let me summarize it for students: the function of the opening paragraph is to cause the following, pave the way for one of the following contents, set suspense and start the topic; The middle section is a transitional section connecting the preceding with the following; The last paragraph is to summarize the full text, deepen the center, point out the main idea or take care of the beginning, and echo from beginning to end. In this way, students will not be at a loss when facing some similar problems.
Third, deepen the study of teaching materials and grasp the important and difficult points of teaching materials.
For Chinese teachers, it is necessary to collect all the six textbooks in the shortest time, so as to have a clear idea of the whole set of textbooks and make clear the overall content of the textbooks, so as to better grasp the important and difficult points in their own teaching and do less useless work in teaching. Make clear what style and content this textbook involves, and then analyze the key articles in this textbook to be targeted.
Fourth, strengthen research and constantly reform classroom teaching.
In teaching, do a good job in every basic link of teaching, and I pay attention to several aspects in class:
(1) Pay attention to stimulate students' interest in learning. For example, I always tell students about the background information of articles in new classes, because each article is written in a specific era and situation, which can help students better understand the content of the text and stimulate students' interest in learning this article more easily.
(2) In classroom teaching, pay attention to speaking less and reading more, and be concise. If you say less, you force yourself to study what you have to say and what students can remember and understand after you speak. Teacher Wei Shusheng has a very good saying. He put it this way: I was afraid that a text would be incomplete, but I took a loophole in the exam and covered everything. Will be too tired. The characteristic of Chinese subject is that you can develop more than 100 exercises for any text. In order to shield these small problems, I talked a lot and ended up talking a lot. Not only did the students not remember so much, but even the key contents were diluted and they were too busy to master. Therefore, we should give up boldly in teaching and focus on the key content. In this way, teachers can speak easily, students are not tired, and the effect is better.
(3) Different articles are taught in different ways, and there is more time for dialogue and reading texts, so teachers and students can discuss, communicate and learn together. For the self-reading text, let the students read boldly, let the students discuss and solve many problems in the group, and then submit the unsolvable problems to the whole class for discussion and solution. Through these methods, the classroom efficiency has been improved and good teaching results have been achieved.
These are some immature practices in my teaching. Although I have made some achievements, I clearly realize that this cannot be separated from the care and help of leaders and teachers. The result only represents the past. In my future teaching career, I will make persistent efforts and achieve better results. Thank you!
