In order to meet the needs of cadres, workers and social workers in the education system in Kashgar, the regional education bureau plans to carry out the Putonghua proficiency test from July 24th to August 20th, 2022 10. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
First, the test method
Putonghua proficiency test adopts computer-aided test.
Second, the scope of registration
According to the needs of the current epidemic prevention and control work, the Putonghua proficiency test is not trans-regional, but only for the local education system faculty and social workers who work and live in Kashgar.
Third, the examination fee standard
According to the "Reply on Adjusting the Fees for Putonghua Proficiency Test" (Xinfa Reform Fee [2006] No.50), the registration fee for the test is 50 yuan per person.
Fourth, the test work arrangement
(A) Kashgar staff education system
The teaching and administrative staff of the education system in Kashgar are required to register and take part in the test in accordance with the Notice on Doing a Good Job in Putonghua Proficiency Test in Kashgar issued by the Regional Education Bureau.
(2) Social personnel in Kashgar
1. Sign up and pay the fees according to the Registration Plan of Putonghua Proficiency Test in Kashgar (attachment 1).
2. Implement online registration. Registration method: open the webpage http://xjbm. cltt. org- click online registration-click Xinjiang-click to view the registration schedule-click agree-click Kashgar-select and click the corresponding examination time and place-fill in the relevant information in turn and submit it (please check the relevant information carefully before submitting the registration information to ensure accuracy, and you can't modify the wrong information after submitting it successfully. Candidates must register online in person, and it is forbidden for others or any organization to register on their behalf.
3. Registration photo requirements: the photo background must be white, the portrait dress must be dark, the facial features must be clear, the photo pixel is 390*567, jpg format, and the file name of the electronic photo is named after my ID number, and the size cannot exceed 1 trillion. If the registration information and photos do not meet the standards, the registration qualification will be cancelled.
4. Candidates who successfully register online are required to provide relevant certification materials issued by their village (community) (proving that they work and live in Kashgar) and screenshots of the information of "successful registration" when paying fees at the test center.
5. Candidates must obey the guidance of the staff, keep a certain distance from others, queue in and out in an orderly manner, avoid crowd gathering, and do a good job in personal epidemic prevention and control measures.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) related requirements
1. On the day of the test, candidates must hold their original ID card, admission ticket, e-health "green code", travel card and negative proof of effective nucleic acid test within 3 days before the test (residents who have been in high and medium risk areas within 7 days before the test are not allowed to take the test. If there are activities outside Kashgar within 7 days before the exam, you must provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours), health book for registration of Putonghua proficiency test in Kashgar (Annex 2) and other materials to take the exam. Candidates with incomplete materials and unqualified requirements are not allowed to take the exam. Candidates must arrive at the test center one hour before the registration time shown on the admission ticket, and carry out information check, pre-test training, on-site information collection, preparation and other work in advance. Candidates who fail to truthfully report their health status and residence history will have serious consequences, and the relevant departments will deal with them seriously according to regulations.
2. Candidates who register online must download and print the admission ticket from the Internet 2 days before the exam, and may not download and print it before the specified time, otherwise the candidates will be responsible for the consequences. 3. The general test results will be published on the national Putonghua level training and testing information resources online about one and a half months after taking the test. Test results and e-cert enquiry website: http://www.cltt.org. Inquiry method: Open the webpage-click "View and Verify"-enter relevant information for inquiry. The issuance time of paper certificates is uncertain. Please contact the test center and get it in time according to the requirements of the test center.
4. Candidates should establish the concept of "being proud of honesty examination and ashamed of cheating in violation of discipline", enhance the consciousness of honesty examination, strictly abide by the examination discipline, and resolutely put an end to cheating, * and other irregularities. Candidates who take chances, ignore laws and regulations, and violate the examination regulations will be dealt with severely in strict accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations and the Management Regulations on Putonghua Proficiency Testing.
