On the basis of the existing curriculum reform model, our school keeps pace with the times, fully investigates the situation of our school and draws lessons from the experience of famous schools. This school year, we will continue to deepen the curriculum reform mode of "independent cooperation and five rings to promote", so that teachers can clearly demand that class teachers have management methods and students have operational steps. May 1 1, 2065438, our school, Zhonghe Town Central School, shi zhuang zhen No.1 Middle School and No.3 Middle School jointly conducted teaching and research, and carried out heterogeneous activities in the same class. Chen Rubing, the business director of Zhonghe Central School, personally led a team to participate in the teaching and research, and two teachers from shi zhuang zhen No.1 Middle School came to participate in the teaching and research. Through this heterogeneous activity in the same class, our teacher learned his own advantages and disadvantages, which played a good guiding role in future teaching and effectively improved our teacher's teaching level.

1. The Guidance Office continues to use the "Teaching Log", which is checked and filled out by two instructors every day, and supervision and inspection are carried out from the aspects of teachers' teaching situation, students' discipline and attendance.
2. Strengthen the management of teaching and research group activities. Each teaching and research group will have an activity once a week, with two classes each time. The guidance office will send people to check the records and upload videos and pictures to the WeChat group to share.
3. Formulate and improve the management measures for the points of teaching and research groups, publish the points of each group once a month, and upload the points table to WeChat group to inform all teaching and research groups. Our school attaches great importance to teachers' study this school year.
