The College of Continuing Education is a secondary college established by universities. It is a second-level teaching unit set up in universities and specialized in academic education and higher education, junior college, junior college, short-term training and other non-academic education. This is a college under the jurisdiction of a university.

The level is the same as other secondary colleges such as Law School and School of Economics and Management.
