At present, the principal of the central school has no right to appoint the vice-principal of the central school, who is appointed by the education department at the next higher level (usually the county education bureau).

The procedure for promoting a vice principal is the same as that for promoting a principal. The Education Bureau sent people to the school to find out, called some teachers to hold a forum, listened to the principal's opinions and determined the candidates. After further investigation through personal conversation, we finally made an appointment.
