Tianjin Eco-City is a strategic cooperation project between the governments of China and Singapore, and it is the first international eco-city in the world. Responsibilities of the Education Bureau
1, comprehensively implement educational guidelines, policies and regulations, study and formulate specific educational guidelines and policies, and organize their implementation.
2. To study and formulate educational development plans and annual development plans, draw up the focus, scale, speed and steps of educational development, and organize, guide and coordinate the implementation of educational development plans, annual plans, educational system reform and school-running system reform.
3. Be responsible for basic education (including preschool education), special education, vocational and technical education, after-school education, adult education and higher education (including running schools by social forces), and coordinate, guide and supervise the education work of counties and relevant departments.
4, responsible for the construction of national teachers and education administrative cadres, responsible for the national primary and secondary school principals qualification; Participate in the formulation of relevant policies and rules and regulations on personnel management in the national education system; Guide the reform of education and personnel system, and organize the implementation of employment distribution for graduates of normal universities.
