Content introduction:

Save the Cat-A Collection of Screenwriters' Works, this book flexibly quotes various "successful" films (miss congeniality, Dee Rowen, legal blondes and signatures) used by film company executives in a way that novices and supporters can understand and put into practice. Saving Cats-A Collection of Screenwriters is like a guidebook, which reveals the secret language of executives and producers in every Hollywood film company. Once you learn to think like an executive and producer with a checkbook, you will be one step closer to success.

Save the Cat-A Collection of Screenwriters was edited by Blake Snyder.

About the author:

Blake Snyder entered the family business at the age of 18, when he was the voice actor of his father, an Emmy-winning TV producer and Ken Snyder (representative works Roger Rungett and Blue Marble). Soon, an industry magazine declared that Blake had become "one of the most successful professional film writers in Hollywood".

Blake sold many original scripts, mostly to large film companies, including two million-dollar scripts (one of which was sold to Steven Allan Spielberg), which have been made into movies. Dragon Mother on Business (Stop! Or my mother will shoot), third grade, nuclear family, poker night, intravenous drip, blank check, hubby goes home. Sold to Disney Company, How I joined the CIA and Big and Ugly Baby were sold to Fox Home Television Company, and Alien was sold to Complete Film Group.

In 2004, Blake sold his 13 screenplay, and now he is working with Classic Media Company to adapt Roger Rongert into a blockbuster movie.

He lives in Beverly hills, California.
