"Data collection platform of talent training in higher vocational colleges" and "platform" are important components of the new scheme, and they are also the ten characteristics and highlights of the new scheme. The work of the platform has two key points: one is construction, and the other is use. Through the collection and operation in 2008, higher vocational colleges have a preliminary feeling about the construction and use of the platform, and some colleges have taken the platform as an important means of teaching management and an important way to improve the management level and quality.

First, the construction goal of the acquisition platform 1. Promote the "three transformations" of management.

2. Realize the "four satisfactions"

Through the construction and operation of the platform, a three-level information network from schools to provincial offices to the Ministry of Education will be formed throughout the country to achieve "four satisfactions";

The first is to meet the needs of higher vocational colleges. Through the platform, schools can know their strengths and weaknesses, successful practices and challenges at any time, thus stimulating their inherent potential and creativity and promoting the reform and construction of education and teaching.

The second is to meet the needs of the education administrative department. They can quickly understand the real-time situation of higher vocational colleges they are concerned about by clicking on relevant links on the Internet. Director Fan Wei of the Higher Vocational and Technical Education Department of the Ministry of Education repeatedly stressed the need to use this platform at relevant meetings. At the Chengdu meeting in April, 2008, Xu Tao, deputy director of the Higher Education Department of the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, made a speech from the perspective of ministries and agencies. At the Beijing meeting in April 2009, Tianjin, Henan, Shanxi, Tibet and other four provinces and cities reported the trial evaluation in 2008, and also exchanged views on the construction and use of the platform.

3. Create a harmonious atmosphere

In the evaluation, it is reflected as follows: ① the data is true; (2) the authenticity of the event; ③ Practical style; 4 honest attitude; ⑤ In-depth interview and telling the truth; ⑥ The school construction has a solid foundation and rich connotations, thus making the evaluation more effective.

Two. Design basis of acquisition platform 1. Main basis

1. Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Comprehensively Improving the Teaching Quality of Higher Vocational Education (Jiaogao [2006] 16). The spirit of this document is the guiding ideology and principle basis of our platform construction, including the design of some fields, such as "on-the-job training", "on-the-job practice" and "industry-university cooperation", all of which come from document 16.

Second, the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Printing and Distributing Confucian Scholars (J.F. [2004] No.2). The new scheme regards the relevant requirements of this article as "the basic conditions for applying for evaluation". This file is an important basis for some structured data collection and comparison standards in the platform.

The third is the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Printing and Distributing (Jiao Gao [2008] No.5). This document is an important basis for the platform frame structure and site design.

2. Reference basis

For example, Jiaogao [2006] 14 pointed out: "Specific tasks: support the construction of 100 high-level demonstration colleges, directly benefiting more than 600,000 students and providing 2 million people with various trainings for the society; Focus on the construction of about 500 characteristic professional groups with wide industry coverage, good school conditions, close integration of production and learning and high quality of personnel training, and "build about 4,000 high-quality professional core courses and 1500 kinds of characteristic teaching materials and teaching courseware".
