Each batch contains several sequential volunteers or parallel volunteer. At the time of admission, the candidates are selected according to the batch order and the order in which the candidates apply for the batch. 4. After the candidate's registration information is completed and submitted, the candidates who apply for the exam and complete the voluntary reporting should also print the "Qingdao Junior High School Level Examination (High School Enrollment) Online Registration Information Form".
Third, on-site confirmation
1. Candidates who successfully registered online will go to the junior high school where their student status is located for on-site confirmation with the registration information form printed at the time of registration on Sunday, May 19. The application without on-site confirmation is invalid.
2. Confirm the required materials on site
(1) Copy of Online Registration Information Form of Qingdao Junior High School Academic Level Examination (High School Enrollment) (printed through online registration system);
(2) The originals and photocopies of relevant certificates that enjoy preferential policies for bonus points. The information form in item (1) above will be returned to the candidates after inspection by the school. (2) The original and photocopy of relevant preferential policies shall be submitted to the recruitment office of Laixi City during the information confirmation period, and the information summary table shall be submitted for unified handling by the recruitment office.
③ On-site confirmation, the administrator of the school where the junior middle school students come from prints the information of the candidates and makes voluntary confirmation in duplicate. Candidates must carefully check all the information on the confirmation form. After confirmation, the candidate and his guardian will jointly sign and press the fingerprint. One copy is given to the candidates themselves, and the other copy is kept by the school. All successful candidates must make on-site confirmation within the specified time. If the on-site confirmation is not made, the confirmation is invalid and you cannot take the exam and admission. Candidates must check their names, remember the login password, and require a combination of letters and numbers, not less than 6 digits. 5. Log in to the system to select and fill in basic information and volunteers: each batch of volunteers includes several sequential volunteers or parallel volunteer. When filling in volunteers, candidates need to click the small black arrow to the right of the word "Please choose" in the batch of volunteers to be applied for, and click the corresponding school or major in the drop-down menu that appears. If you don't make a choice, you will be regarded as not agreeing to apply for the exam. Candidates who do not have the qualification to apply for arts and sports specialty students may not choose to fill in the volunteers of arts and sports specialty students, otherwise it will be invalid. Click the "Submit Registration" button to save the registration and volunteer information after the input is completed and checked correctly.
6. Print the registration information form: Candidates should register on a computer equipped with a printer in order to print the online registration form. This information form is the basis for candidates to register and confirm, and must be carried with them for examination and confirmation.
7. Voluntary viewing and modification: After printing the information form, you can click "Safe Exit" to exit the system and complete the registration. You can also click "Volunteer View" to view it. If any problem is found, you can click "Volunteer to fill in and modify" to modify it. Pay attention to the revision and submit it again, otherwise the revision will be invalid. The number of modifications is only 2 times. After two successful modifications, you can't modify it any more, you can only view it.
8. After successful registration, candidates can log in to the registration system several times within the specified online reporting time. After entering the student ID number, ID number and verification code, the login password input interface will appear. Enter the login password set at the first login and submit it to enter the system (the verification code received on the mobile phone is required for mobile phone verification). Candidates can click on the corresponding menu to operate, such as volunteering to fill in and modify, volunteering to view, volunteering to print, and modifying the login password. If changes are made to the volunteers, the information form must be resubmitted and printed, otherwise the changes will be invalid.
