Anyang University is two colleges, and the school is a full-time private undergraduate college. The school's predecessor was the School of Humanities Management of anyang normal University, which was founded in 2003. Approved by the Ministry of Education on 20 16, the school was transformed into an independent college and renamed Anyang College.

As of 202 1, the school has two campuses: Anyang Campus and Yuanyang Campus. Anyang Campus is located at No.599, South Section of Zhonghua Road, Anyang City, Henan Province, and Yuanyang Campus is located at No.6, West Section of Renmin Road, Yuanyang County, Xinxiang City, Henan Province.
