There are outstanding problems in six aspects: theoretical study, political quality, ability, responsibility, style and honesty and self-discipline.

1. Adhere to the Party's leadership: We should adhere to the overall leadership of the Party and conscientiously organize and implement theme education activities in accordance with the unified arrangements and requirements of the central authorities.

2. Highlight the problem orientation: we should take solving outstanding problems as the core task of theme education, identify the root causes of the problems, identify the crux of the problems, and effectively solve the existing outstanding problems.

3. Close to the actual work: closely combine the actual situation of the unit, the system and the industry, contact the masses, conduct in-depth investigation and study, focus on the center and serve the overall situation, and promote the deep integration of theme education and all work.

4. Promote the system construction: we should take the system construction as the guarantee, strive to improve the system and mechanism, strengthen the supervision and inspection of the implementation of the system, and ensure the effectiveness of the theme education.

5. Strengthen organizational leadership: Party committees and leading cadres at all levels should earnestly shoulder the leadership responsibility of theme education, strengthen organization and coordination, publicity and mobilization, supervision and inspection, and ensure that theme education achieves the expected results.

Theme education activities should follow the following five principles:

1, interest principle: the theme of the activity can arouse the interest of most children.

2. Life principle: choose the content related to children's life experience.

3. Value principle: that is, follow the law of children's physical and mental development.

4. Integration principle: the integration of education, highlighting the knowledge of the course in cultivating a sound personality, developing emotions and enriching cognition. The integration of content should emphasize the organic connection between all kinds of knowledge.
