Anhui Education Press was established in June 1982, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Anhui Publishing Group Co., Ltd. In 2003, Anhui Education Electronic Audio-visual Publishing House was established as the only all-media publishing house in Anhui Province.
Anhui Education Press mainly publishes textbooks, primary education, junior high school education, senior high school education, higher vocational education, educational theory, synthesis, art (pictures and documents) and other books.
In September, 20001,Anhui Education Press and Anhui Academy of Educational Sciences jointly founded Green Apple magazine.
