Current transfer, also known as free transfer or single transfer, refers to the change of ownership of actual resources or financial projects between residents and non-residents without equivalent exchange. Lenders reflect the frequent transfer of foreign countries to China, and borrowers reflect the frequent transfer of domestic countries to foreign countries. Current transfers include not only official aid, donations and war reparations, but also private remittances, gifts and membership fees of international organizations. Run Run Run Shaw Fund is a private charity established in Hong Kong on 1973 by Sir Run Run Run Shaw, a famous industrialist in Hong Kong. Its purpose is to help promote the development of education, medical care and art.
