Activity arrangement

Activity content

Since April 2008, the one-day popular science tour in Guangzhou has adopted one round of registration and two rounds of confirmation, that is, after the registration, the system will draw the first batch of lucky citizens in full, and draw 50% of the list of preparatory citizens as the pre-drawing status. If there are any remaining places after the first batch of selected citizens are confirmed, the system will randomly select the second batch of lucky citizens from the pre-selected preparatory citizens, and the system will start the second confirmation. Please log on to the activity confirmation website to inquire about the selected information and confirm whether to participate in the activity within the specified time. If the online confirmation is not made within the specified time, it shall be deemed as an automatic waiver of the qualification for transfer.

Registration time: from 0: 00 on August 18 to 24: 00 on September 4, 2008.

Confirmation time of the first batch of successful citizens: from 0: 00 on September 6 to 24: 00 on September 8, 2008.

Confirmation time of the second batch of successful citizens: 04: 00 on September 9, 2008 to 24: 00 on September 10.

Registration and confirmation time

(1) One-day popular science tour is a non-profit popular science activity. Activities are free and light meals are provided. In case of extreme weather or other special circumstances, the organizer will adjust the activity time or cancel the activity according to the actual situation.

(2) Registration is made in real-name registration system. Citizens must register in good faith. Anyone who provides false registration information will be disqualified once verified. Those who forge or alter their identity documents, defraud registration qualifications, maliciously register or attack the registration system will be dealt with according to relevant regulations. Suspected of committing a crime, transferred to judicial organs.

(3) All registered participants are regarded as persons with full capacity for civil conduct and must obey the unified arrangement on the day of the activity. In case of unforeseen accidents such as personal injury on the way or on the way, the event organizer will not be liable for compensation and pe will be injured.

(5) No matter how to sign up, every citizen has only one chance to sign up and be drawn. If the selected citizens can't participate in the day's activities, they will be deemed to have given up automatically, and the places won can't be transferred to others.

(6) After the registration deadline, 550 lucky citizens were randomly selected (A, B 150, C, D 100, 50 on E). Every lucky citizen can get a free science tour. The winners will be published simultaneously on the website of the Municipal Association for Science and Technology, the official WeChat of the Municipal Association for Science and Technology, the Weibo of Popular Science Guangzhou and the official WeChat. Please pay attention to the winning list and text messages.

(7) After the list of successful candidates is publicized, please log on to the activity confirmation website to inquire about the information of successful candidates within the specified time, and confirm whether to participate in the activity on the activity confirmation website. If the online confirmation is not made within the specified time, it shall be deemed as an automatic waiver of the qualification of the candidate for winning the bid. It is confirmed that if any citizen can't attend the day's activities due to special reasons, please call the corresponding line contact person three days in advance. If you don't inform in advance and don't participate in the activities, citizens can't sign up for a one-day popular science tour within three months.
