Always adhere to the principle of promoting justice through openness, ensuring honesty through transparency, and firmly establish the law enforcement and case handling concepts of openness in handling cases, openness in mediation, openness in law enforcement and openness in social supervision, so as to ensure that the people in the jurisdiction can feel the fairness and justice of the law in every law enforcement activity and case handling of public security organs, and establish a good image of fair, civilized and standardized law enforcement of public security organs.

First, the scope of law enforcement duties of the police station includes:

(1) Work in the area of responsibility;

(2) working in the household registration room;

(3) on duty and on standby;

(5) patrol;

(6) public security inspection;

(7) Specific responsibilities.

Second, the police of the public security police station shall accept reports, complaints, reports, mass surrenders and surrenders, and shall not refuse or shirk, and deal with them separately:

(1) Establish public entertainment service places, special industries, dangerous goods business units and employees' public security management files within the jurisdiction;

(two) to urge local and industry to establish and improve public security organizations;

(3) Organize safety education for employees;

(four) to carry out regular safety inspections, timely warning and rectification opinions on public security disorder and security risks, and record them, and urge the rectification;

(5) Units involved in dangerous goods such as guns and explosives in the area of responsibility shall conduct safety inspection at least once a month, and make inspection records and keep them.
