First, in order to implement the outline of China's educational reform and development, speed up the construction of teachers and management teams, improve the quality of teachers and management personnel, and promote the improvement of China's basic education and management level, a master's degree in education is specially set up.
Second, the Master of Education is a professional degree with a specific educational background, which mainly cultivates high-level talents for basic education and its management. In terms of degree, it is the same level as the current master of education, but the specifications are different and each has its own emphasis.
The winner of this degree should have good professional ethics, master a solid basic theory and systematic professional knowledge of a certain subject, and at the same time understand the basic theory of education and the reasonable methods of subject teaching or education management; Have the ability to solve practical problems in subject teaching or management practice by using the theories and methods learned; Proficient in reading foreign language materials of this major.
The professional degree of master of education is divided into two training directions: subject teaching and educational management.
Three, master of education degree for undergraduate graduates, full-time teachers and basic education management personnel with more than three years of first-line teaching experience.
Fourth, the professional degree of master of education is mainly based on curriculum learning.
