5. In the last three scoring cycles, motor vehicle drivers participated in traffic safety education to deduct traffic violation scores or motor vehicle drivers' full-mark education and certificate-holding education, and there was a record of fraud and impersonation.
Two, the traffic police in any of the following circumstances, shall be punished in accordance with the relevant provisions; Police auxiliary personnel shall be dismissed in any of the following circumstances; If the case constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law:
1, the parties have objections to the implementation of penalty scoring and refuse to verify it, or it has been verified but not corrected or rectified;

3, in the perfect score exam, reduce the test items, lower the evaluation standard or participate in, assist or condone the exam fraud;
4. Deduct points for motor vehicle drivers who do not meet the conditions for deduction;
5, colluding with others to replace the actual motor vehicle driver to accept the punishment and scoring of traffic violations;
6, resort to deceit, will score high traffic violations into low or no score of traffic violations;
7. Deliberately leaking or tampering with the system scoring data;
8. When handling traffic violations according to the records of traffic technical monitoring equipment, the evidence provided by the parties is not strictly examined, which leads others to accept the punishment and scoring of traffic violations instead of the actual motor vehicle driver, and the circumstances are serious.

Article 7 According to the severity of traffic violations, the first scoring points are 12, 9, 6, 3, 1. Eighth motor vehicle drivers have one of the following traffic violations, a record 12 points:

Organizing others to carry out one of the acts mentioned in the preceding two paragraphs to seek economic benefits, the traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall impose a fine of less than five times the illegal income, but the maximum amount shall not exceed 100,000 yuan; Acts that disrupt the order of units and constitute a violation of public security management shall be punished according to law.
Article 31 If a motor vehicle driver cheats in the study record endorsement and the full-mark study exam when attending the full-mark education, the corresponding study record and test results will be invalid, and the traffic management department of the public security organ will impose a fine of 1000 yuan or less.
Motor vehicle drivers who cheat when deducting traffic violation points in traffic safety education shall be revoked by the traffic management department of the public security organ, and the corresponding points shall be restored, and a fine of 1000 yuan shall be imposed.
Instead of the actual motor vehicle drivers, those who participate in the study record of full-mark education endorsement, full-mark study examination or accept traffic safety education to deduct traffic violation points shall be fined up to 2,000 yuan by the traffic administrative department of the public security organ.
