Hutai Primary School Hutai Primary School is a key school in Chengguan Town, Wuhe County, and a complete primary school supported by Wuhe County Education Bureau. The development of history

Hutai Primary School is now renamed "Changhuai Mingde Primary School", which was founded in 1950, and was named after its location in Hutai Village. In the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the conditions for running schools were very poor, so we could only run primary schools. The school has only one teacher, more than 40 students, and only two classes (both are compound classes).

1968, Hutai Village was renamed Changhuai Village, Hutai Primary School was renamed Changhuai Primary School, and the original ordinary village became Changhuai Commune Central Primary School. At this time, the school has begun to take shape, with teachers 10 and more than 200 students, and the number of classes has increased to 6. The school students cover three brigades of Changhuai, Baitai and Goudong, as well as two farms of cotton seed farm and orchard farm, with a total population of 5,000 and a coverage radius of 2 kilometers.

In 2003, Changhuai Primary School was assigned to Chengguan Town with Changhuai Township.

In 2004, Mr. Wang Yongqing donated 400,000 yuan to our school, and government subsidies and local donations amounted to 450,000 yuan, totaling 850,000 yuan, to build Mingde Building. At this time, Changhuai Central Primary School was named Changhuai Mingde Primary School. At this point, the scale and conditions of the school have undergone unprecedented changes. Most of Huaibei Primary School, Goudong Primary School, Farm Primary School and Shenghuai Primary School have been merged into our school. The number of teachers has grown to 29, the number of students has reached an unprecedented 1048, and 16 teaching classes have been opened. The population covered by the school increased from 5,000 to 8,000 in 1968, and the coverage radius increased from 2km to 3km in 1968. In 2006, due to outstanding achievements in running a school, he was awarded the "Excellence Award for Campus Construction" by Anhui Provincial Department of Education.
