Heilongjiang Provincial College of Political Science and Law Cadre Management has three departments, namely, the Department of Political Education, the Department of Law and the Department of Sociology, as well as a student affairs office and a comprehensive office. Among them, ideological and political education has a history of 33 years, law has a history of 28 years, and social work is a new major. It has a long history, rich experience and remarkable achievements in running schools.
Heilongjiang Staff University of Science and Technology has an independent teaching building with 20 classrooms, two computer teaching laboratories, an accounting computerization laboratory and an accounting simulation laboratory. The school also has a fixed cadre training place in the scenic mountainous area near Jingbo Lake in Mudanjiang City.
