The history of Heilongjiang Preschool Teachers College can be traced back to 1906 (thirty-two years of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty), which was subordinate to Ningguta Primary School by the Qing government, and later passed through the Republic of China, the Puppet Manchukuo and People's Republic of China (PRC) (PRC). Faced with Mudanjiang's high-quality, century-old and experienced normal education resources, Mudanjiang's urgent demand for kindergarten and primary school teachers, and the demand for teachers from the vigorous development of early childhood education, Mudanjiang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government made a decision in 2005 and applied to the provincial people's government on July, 2005 1 to establish Heilongjiang Preschool Teachers College on the basis of Mudanjiang Normal School. The Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government decided to set up Heilongjiang Preschool Teachers College on the basis of Mudanjiang Normal School, which received strong support and help from the Provincial Department of Education and the provincial government. Under the auspices of the municipal government, Ning 'an Normal School, Mudanjiang Preschool Normal School and Mudanjiang Normal School gradually merged to form a new Mudanjiang Normal School.
