With the continuous improvement of the overall strength of running a school, the conditions for running an adult higher education have been significantly improved, the scale, level and level of running a school have made a qualitative leap, the quality of running a school has been significantly improved, and the reputation of running a school has been significantly enhanced. By the end of 20 10, the college had trained 43,560 undergraduate and junior college graduates, with more than 5760 students in school. At present, there are 84 correspondence and amateur majors, including 35 undergraduate majors. The main majors are the key majors, characteristic majors and popular majors urgently needed by the society. It has formed a school-running system of adult higher education with scientific specialty setting, moderate school-running scale and flexible school-running form, covering both undergraduate and junior college levels.

The college has made great achievements in job training, professional certificate, professional certification, on-the-job postgraduate education, international cooperation, college entrance examination counseling, computer grade examination training and so on. College is the continuing education base for professional and technical personnel of Zibo Personnel Bureau, the training base for senior professional managers of construction enterprises of China Architectural Association, and the national standardized examination center for computer grade examination, with more than 10,000 candidates every year. The organization of the examination has been fully affirmed by the provincial and municipal examination organizers, and as a demonstration test center, the experience of running the examination has been popularized at the national conference. After years of careful construction and efforts, the college has formed a multi-level and multi-form adult higher education system with the common development of academic education and non-academic education, and realized the coordinated development of quality, scale, structure and benefit.
