After long-term development, the quality of oilfield education has been steadily improved. All educational undertakings have developed in a balanced way. In the compulsory education stage, the enrollment rate and consolidation rate of primary and secondary school students reached 100%, the dropout rate was zero, and the enrollment rate of ordinary high schools reached over 85%, thus basically popularizing high school education. The overall level of running schools has been continuously improved. Two primary and secondary schools were awarded the title of National Modern Educational Technology Experimental School by the Ministry of Education, seven schools were recognized as Modern Educational Technology Experimental Schools by the Provincial Department of Education, and three high schools, including Oilfield No.1 Middle School, were named as provincial demonstration ordinary high schools by the Henan Provincial Department of Education. Quality education is fully implemented. Physical education, art education, science and technology education and information technology education have achieved remarkable results. In the evaluation of the first primary and secondary school students' culture and art festival in Henan Province, three programs won the first prize; In all previous middle school sports meetings in Henan Province, Oilfield participated in the competition alone and achieved excellent results. Actively participate in various subject competitions organized by the state and Henan Province and win many awards; In the second National Young Pioneers Drum Music and Wind Music Competition, two bands in the Education Center were rated as first-class sub-groups by the National Young Pioneers Working Committee. In the 20th Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition in Henan Province, the works recommended by the Education Center won the highest award "Youth Science and Technology Innovation Award" and will represent Henan Province in the 21st National Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition. Excellent results in the college entrance examination. Since 1998, more than 7000 graduates have been sent to colleges and universities, of which 169 were admitted to Tsinghua and Peking University, with an average of more than 10 per year; Among them, 26 students were admitted to Tsinghua and Peking University in 2003, accounting for 1/6 of the enrollment plans of the two universities in Henan Province that year. After the handover, the college entrance examination of oilfield education system continued to maintain the leading level. In 2005 and 2006, 23 students were admitted to Tsinghua and Peking University respectively, and in 2007, 27 students were admitted to Tsinghua and Peking University, with a total of 73 students. Since 1998, the online rate and average admission rate of college entrance examination in oil fields have increased year by year, exceeding the average online rate and admission rate of the whole province by more than 0/0 percentage point every year. 1997,2001,2006 are all from the oil field. In recent years, the Education Center has been awarded the title of "Top Ten Civilized Units" in the oilfield year after year, the title of "Advanced Unit in Education" by Puyang Municipal People's Government in 2000 and the title of "Civilized Unit in Henan Province" in 2002. It has also been rated as an advanced unit in professional ethics construction, audio-visual education construction, teaching and scientific research work, educational and scientific research work and primary and secondary school teacher education work. The Education Center Trade Union was rated as a model worker's home and an advanced unit in mass sports work by the National Trade Union, and the Youth League Committee of the Education Center was awarded the honorary title of "Henan May 4th Red Flag Youth League Committee" by the Communist Youth League Committee. After the handover, the education center was continuously commended by the municipal government for its outstanding achievements in the college entrance examination.
