Babies under 6 months old

For babies under 6 months, drinking milk is enough. The water in breast milk and formula milk has met the baby's needs, but drinking more water will affect breastfeeding. As long as the baby is healthy, there is no need for extra water.

Babies over 6 months old

Babies over 6 months can drink water in moderation. With the addition of complementary food, the baby's demand for water increases, and it can be drunk within 50 ml per day.

Observe the baby's water shortage signal
