First, students' ideological and moral construction is the key to creating excellent classes.
A century-long plan, education-oriented. The purpose of education is to make students develop morally, intellectually, physically, aesthetically and laboriously. Moral education is the most important thing in education, and the level of students' moral cultivation directly affects their despicable behavior. In class work, I attach great importance to the improvement of students' moral cultivation and regard students' ideological and moral construction as the main work of class management. 1. Inspire students with their own qualities. The head teacher is not only the teacher of cultural knowledge, but also the guide of students' life and moral norms. Educating students can't just rely on preaching, but more importantly, it depends on the example and influence of teachers. The higher the teacher's personality level, the stronger his role as an example. Therefore, in the work, we should be loyal to our duties and do our jobs wholeheartedly; In obeying the law, students are required to do what they can and not do what they can't. For example, if I ask students not to smoke, I will give up smoking first and ask students not to be late. I will be late first. Only in this way can I set an example for students. In learning, I ask myself to study all my life and constantly improve my intelligence and skills; 2 1 century is an era of knowledge explosion. As a class teacher, I must adapt to the trend of the times and keep pace with the times. 2. Give full play to the role of various educational channels. Use morning meetings and class meetings to strengthen moral education, learning purpose education, civilized manners education, safety education and legal education. Once a week, the class will have targeted education. Usually pay attention to keep abreast of students' psychological trends, go deep into the classroom during and after class, have a heart-to-heart talk with students, keep abreast of the situation in the class, be diligent in your legs, feet, eyes and mouths, handle things in time, and nip in the bud.
3. Make full use of holidays and anniversaries and carry out educational activities according to local conditions. For example, a series of educational activities were carried out with the theme of "commemorating the 70th anniversary of the victory of the Long March". "March 8" Women's Day calls on students to do a good deed for their mothers; Teachers' Day requires every student to do one thing for the teacher; Carry out activities to respect the elderly in the annual festival to respect the elderly; In the activity of "Reading Good Books, I Benefit", students are required to watch CCTV's "Touching China" column, let students watch the "Red Memory" column in CCTV news broadcast every day, and call on all students to learn from heroes fighting in all walks of life.
4. Do a good job in individual education. As the saying goes, "Ten fingers have length". Everyone in a class can't be excellent. There are some underachievers in every class. They either have poor ideas or have difficulties in learning. For them, we should not discriminate against them ideologically. In education, we should be emotional and rational, so as to improve their ideological understanding and enhance their self-confidence and self-esteem. In addition to individual education for underachievers, top students should also do it. Some top students tend to be complacent and think that they have good grades, and they tend to relax their ideological and moral requirements or ignore cultural and sports education. For this kind of students, talk to them alone, let them realize their backward aspects, and thus improve their ideological realm.
Second, the establishment and improvement of class management mechanism is a favorable guarantee for creating excellent classes.
Class collective is a fertile ground for cultivating students' growth. How to build a civilized, law-abiding, solidarity and mutual assistance, diligent and progressive class collective? I feel that class construction is also a systematic project, and we should grasp three operating mechanisms.

Most primary school students are curious and competitive, and their daily behavior has multiple manifestations.
